Wasn’t Brooklyn Moors scheduled to compete?

I believe I saw an Instagram post that she did that mentioned she still did a mock meet with her teammates but didn’t submit anything for judging.

Yes, that’s correct…she’s coming back from a shoulder injury and was basically just testing the waters with this instead of going full-out, so she can ease her way back into competition.

Cant wait to see how this impacts potentially team selection, love to see some improvement in bars D-scores from Canada and Ellie Black giving a 6.2 beam routine is very exciting, loving Ava and Rose giving some solid AA scores as well. So proud of the Canadians!

Yes! I’ve heard from many people that the team we once pictured as being set for Canada but while it will be so sad if one of the expected girls doesn’t make it, I’m really excited that Canada has so much depth and will be able to swap in girls who are just as strong. Rose is a huge surprise to me after being so low-key all quad but she looks amazing right now.

I totally agree, I’ll be heartbroken for any of the expected girls not to make it, especially as I’ve grown attached to them, but seeing the program do so well and (hopefully) have a really promising future is amazing as well.

Stupid question time: Why is Ellie Black’s 14.5 Vault (highest score) not gold? And/or why is Denelle Pedrick’s 13.9 Vault (fourth highest score) not Bronze, since Black’s isn’t highlighted in gold? (Apologies if this was addressed in another post.) Thanks!

Did you watch the videos on Gymcan’s website?

A better question would be, “Can you even find the videos on their site?” No. I barely found minimal info about the meet. That’s probably my bad, not their site, but I did look.

The vault standings were determined by those who competed two vaults, and only Shallon and Sophie competed two.
