Eau Claire 185.625, Hamline 185.550 [Results]

After coming in at nearly a point deficit going into the final rotation, host team Eau Claire managed to sneak away with the win less than a tenth ahead of Hamline after the visiting squad put up a rough rotation on beam. Tori Erickson had a disastrous bars set, but was otherwise on fire at this meet, leading the team on vault, beam, and floor, while both Megan Fayler and Hannah Lewis put up great work on bars and we also saw good work from Ashley Benes on vault and both Hannah Wendel and Kiya Bjorge on beam and floor.

Though Hamline got off to a bad start on bars and finished counting falls on beam, they had a rockstar day on vault and floor and were nearly able to upset the host team because of these rotations. Nearly everyone hit what they were expected to hit here, though a special shoutout goes to Alexa Vorderbruggen and Sydney Tribbett for standing out as two of the best across both, while Meghan Webb brought in great scores on beam and floor and Courtney Morrison was one of the strongest on bars and beam.
