Ava Stewart CAN BB: 12.633
1:02 pm. Morgane Osyssek FRA FX: Double double, step back OOB but strong overall. Decent on the double layout. Front layout through to double tuck, comes up short, punches forward to her hands and rolls out of it. Double pike is also short but she saves it from a fall. 12.033

Double pike, low set, low chest on the landing, but good landing overall. Mustafina, came out of it a bit early but snuck it into a full pirouette.

Lee Yunseo KOR FX: 10.066
12:40 pm. Mélanie De Jesus Dos Santos FRA BB: Punch front mount, wobble but fights through it to hold on. Nailed the layout series, just a slight wobble in her arms. Switch to switch half, big wobble there. I looked away for a few seconds and when I came back she was grabbing the beam on something. Hit the jumps after. Double pike with a step. 12.366
12:39 pm. Ava Stewart CAN UB: 13.466
Yeo Seojeong KOR FX: 12.733
12:36 pm. Marine Boyer FRA BB: Gorg layout series. Front aerial, little wobble into the split jump, but connected that to the back handspring. Missed a leap connection. Side somi to split jump half, big wobble but fights through. Sissone to full turn, wobble. Double pike was good! 13.766

Charlize Mörz AUT VT: 12.500
12:27 pm. Coline Devillard FRA BB: Hit the switch mount and the side aerial. Stumble and fall on the bhs loso. Front aerial to split jump to straddle jump, a bit weak in the form throughout. Off again on the side somi. Stumble back on the double pike. 10.866

10. Netherlands 37.099
12:22 pm. Still no real live scores, the FIG scoring is here but you can’t really watch live scores in the way you can on the Olympics site. But at least it’s working? Just annoying to have to click through every apparatus instead of having a rotation list.
12:17 pm. Mélanie De Jesus Dos Santos FRA UB: Komova II to inbar half to Ezhova, whoops, lands It on her hips and circles the bar. Doesn’t come off. Maloney, tries to get it into the full pirouette but can’t. Arches over and comes off. Back on for theMaloney to full pirouette, piked Jaeger, Pak, looks a bit labored, not really fully casting to handstand, van Leeuwen, full-twisting double layout with a hop. 12.233
12:14 pm. Shallon Olsen CAN VT: Cheng, bent arms onto the table, like really bent, tucks her legs throughout, lands with her chest down, but gets it around. 14.433
Yurchenko double for the second vault, form throughout in the air is a little soft but not nearly as weak as the Cheng. Lands it well.
STILL NO SCORES FOR ME. Gonna try the FIG’s site, but it low key sucks.
12:13 pm. Ellie Black CAN VT: Second vault was a tsuk 1.5, great landing, looked a bit cleaner than her first vault.
12:12 pm. Ming van Eijken FRA UB: Straddle Jaeger, just some foot form, nice on the Pak, clear hip to shaposh to clear hip full, good! Solid double layout.
12:11 pm. Scoring has gone down for me, it happens at the start of every subdivision!!! Will try to post scores once they go back up.
12:10 pm. Ellie Black CAN VT: Handspring front layout full, some leg separation coming onto the table and then some soft leg/hip form coming off but the landing was solid enough, a small hop forward.
12:09 pm. Marine Boyer FRA UB: I wasn’t typing at the very beginning but she got the opening combo with leg separations, van Leeuwen, got the piked Jaeger, toe full to full-in, kinda low, messy in the air, but got it around!
12:07 pm. Lynnzee Brown HAI FX: Double layout, great! 1.5 to front full also went well.
12:06 pm. Morgane Osyssek FRA UB: Toe full, misses her toes on the connecting skill and comes off. Ugh. Back on for a Maloney to Pak, legs apart. Good handstand before the van Leeuwen, but massive leg separation in the air. Clear hip, blind change to straddle Jaeger, toe half was really short, double front with a deep step forward.
12:04 pm. I had scheduled a bunch of previews to go live last night but think only the first subdivision actually posted so I am THRIVING right now. But basically for this subdivision, France is nearly a guarantee for the final, Canada could go either way but I don’t think they necessarily have the correct team here…would love a South Korea surprise but also am not sure.
12:02 pm. The stream still hasn’t started for me and is just showing me the Eiffel Tower. Gymnastics now? Gymnastics now queen?
12:00 pm. The live stream should begin any second now! For subdivision four we’ll see the following:
Teams: France, Canada, South Korea
Individuals: Austria, Czechia, Haiti, Slovenia
11:56 am. Y’all, I truly missed the final MAG subdivision and the first THREE WAG subdivisions at the OLYMPIC GAMES because I tested positive for Covid yesterday morning and it has taken me OUT. But I feel physically capable of watching gymnastics once again and am caught up on this morning’s drama, so let’s gooooooo!
I’m watching on Peacock and following scores via the Olympics.

Lauren! So glad you are back! Hope you’ll feel better soon ❤ so glad you’re covering the remaining subdivisions since Germany won’t show them on free livestreams

probably a bit late for you hanna – but the 4 Euros for discovery+ are well spent I think. You can watch all 4 apparatuses at the same time

Thank you!!! Oh no, Germany! I’m gonna go back and retroactively watch / live blog the earlier subdivisions just so I can see everything that happened. My alarm went off for the first three subdivisions and each time I was like “ABSOLUTELY NOT.”

What do you mean, Canada doesn’t necessarily have the correct team? Just curious, I’m not familiar with all their gymnasts…

They tried to be super transparent with how they selected the team, and there were a lot of weird rules that led to some decisions I didn’t think made the most sense for them as a team, though I think they’ll have some individual success? But they seem to be looking great so far so maybe they’ll be fine! Two of their rules had to do with specialists so it limited gymnasts like Rose Woo and Emma Spence, who are generally more consistent but not as “specialisty.”

I see! Thank you for the explanation!

Truly did NOT expect the team final for them (or thought they’d be on the bubble) and they blew past my every expectation so I guess their system worked! I totally saw them having a 2023 worlds situation but they were fantastic.

It’s gonna be very close, I think she’s 22nd or 23rd after the two-per-country athletes are removed? Wild.

Can we just take a minute for Luisa Blanco!! She’ll probably get bumped out by gymnasts in the final subdivision but right now she’s in the top 24 AA (when you remove the ineligible by the 2 per country rule)

Yes! Was so impressed with her and all three girls competing for the Philippines, they all ended up doing so well!
