This is going to be short and sweet because it’s a super busy week!
The SEC has a big Friday night with No. 8 Auburn at No. 10 Georgia, No. 2 Florida at No. 23 Kentucky, No. 9 Arkansas at No. 14 Missouri, and No. 3 Alabama at No. 4 LSU. The latter of these should be an awesome showdown, though I have LSU pegged to win at home, and I also think Georgia will upset Auburn if they hit beam. Which…might not happen, let’s be honest. A girl can dream!
Another big battle will be No. 5 Michigan hosting No. 6 Utah. I think the Utes are actually the stronger of the two but Michigan at home on senior night will hopefully bring it to take the title. No. 1 Oklahoma also has their senior night against No. 18 Arizona, which should be an easy win.
No. 12 Cal will host a quad between No. 27 Southern Utah, No. 35 Michigan State, and No. 51 Lindenwood, No. 13 Denver has a triangular with No. 19 Minnesota and No. 65 Air Force, No. 17 Iowa hosts an in-state battle against No. 34 Iowa State, and No. 20 Oregon State hosts No. 40 Ball State and hometown foe No. 58 Seattle Pacific.
Finally, for a little D3 action, check out the WIAC Championships, a conference battle that will pit every D3 team in the west against one another at La Crosse.
