Week eight kicks off with a Monday meet between Pac 12 rivals Utah (No. 4) and Stanford (No. 23), who will meet on Stanford’s turf tonight, where the Utes will hope to get a nice, high away score in order to maintain their spot now that the RQS kicks in next week and LSU is slowly but surely creeping up on them.

Utah will compete again on Saturday this week, hosting the now second-ranked UCLA, which bumped up past Florida by a couple hundredths of a point after a killer meet at home last weekend. Other must-watch Pac 12 match-ups include Oregon State (No. 12) at Arizona State (No. 20) on Friday, Cal (No. 15) hosting Washington (No. 18) on Saturday, and Stanford (No. 23) back again on Sunday hosting Arizona (No. 25).

The SEC competition on Friday night will see Florida (No. 3) hosting Georgia (No. 7), LSU (No. 5) traveling to Arkansas (No. 21), and Alabama (No. 9) visiting the fire-hot Kentucky (No. 13), which should be an especially exciting meet as the Crimson Tide has yet to reach a 197 while the Wildcats have been killing it, especially at home.

Additionally, Auburn (No. 11) will compete outside the conference (and division!) on Sunday as they face off against D2’s Texas Woman’s (No. 56), and Missouri (No. 19) has the week off after competing twice this past weekend.

The Big Ten will see its two Big Five meets as part of the Elevate the Stage series in week eight, with these meets determining the sessions at the Big Ten Championships next month. Also of note are a couple of Sunday meets with top-ranked Oklahoma competing at West Virginia (No. 26) and the fast-rising Denver (No. 6) hosting Boise State (No. 10) and Iowa State (No. 29).
