3:50 pm. High Bar Final Standings

1. Tin Srbic, Croatia, 14.233
2. Carlo Macchini, Italy, 14.200
3. Illia Kovtun, Ukraine, 13.966
4. Nestor Abad, Spain, 13.666
5. Krisztofer Meszaros, Hungary, 13.666
6. Robert Tvorogal, Lithuania, 13.100
7. Sofus Heggemsnes, Norway, 12.933
8. Krisztian Balazs, Hungary, 12.500

3:46 pm. Illia Kovtun UKR HB: Zou Li Min to Yamawaki, nice. Layout to straddle to piked Tkachev series, really nice and clean. Blind change to L grip, Tak full almost in handstand, maybe 30 degrees short? Turns around for a stalder, Quast, and double double layout, a bit deep with a big hop forward, but overall a strong set. 13.966 (5.7, 8.266)

3:42 pm. Krisztian Balazs HUN HB: Kolman went really low and really long, not a prayer of catching it sadly. Layout Tkachev to straddle Tkachev to piked Tkachev, great series. Inbar to Rybalko, the same horizontal finish as everyone, Tak to L grip, turns around to regular grip for the stalder, Quast, and full-twisting double layout dismount, really clean there. Sad about the first element, the rest was great. 12.500 (5.1, 7.400)

3:39 pm. Sofus Heggemsnes NOR HB: Yamawaki, then a Liukin! Really nice. Layout Tkachev to straddle Tkachev, some arm bend on the catch but awesome connection, Quast, Rybalko is a bit horizontal at the finish, turns around for the Endo then back around for a stalder, double double layout dismount, NOOOOO, to his knees!!!! Oh, that could have been close to the podium. 12.933 (5.5, 7.433)

3:36 pm. Tin Srbic CRO HB: Front full pirouette, a little late, Tak half, stalder Tkachev to straddle to…layout? Pike? I think he meant it to be a layout but his hip form was maybe a little ambiguous. Kovacs, Quast, blind change to L grip giants, Tak full, almost there but not quite, turns around for a stalder and then giants into the full-twisting double layout dismount, baby step. Not his best but still pretty strong. 14.233 (5.9, 8.333)

3:31 pm. Nestor Abad ESP HB: Endo, Tak half to layout Tkachev, straddle Tkachev to piked Tkachev, actually a bit low in the first of those but cleared the bar and somehow managed to make the piked release look even better! Stalder to Rybalko, finishes a bit late, Tak, half turn, full-twisting double layout, kind of college sticks on his heels, then steps into the salute. 13.666 (5.3, 8.366)

3:28 pm. Carlo Macchini ITA HB: Pegan was great, kind of low and iffy on the Cassina but catches without any problems! Good on the Kolman. Rybalko was a bit messy and late. Zou Li Min, Tak full is a little late, half turn back to regular grip, stalder to Quast, and a full-tisting double layout dismount, lands on his tiptoes and has to swing his arms around for a minute to hold onto the landing. 14.200 (6.3, 7.900)

3:24 pm. Robert Tvorogal LTU HB: Zou Li Min, front full pirouette, Tak half to layout Tkachev to straddle Tkachev to piked Tkachev, amazing connections! German giants to stalder, doesn’t get it around and can’t get to handstand, bends his legs to try and use them to push himself up but has to jump off. Nooooo. Back on for a stalder and the full-twisting double layout dismount, deep on the landing. 13.100 (5.8, 7.300)

3:21 pm. Krisztofer Meszaros HUN HB: Front inbar full to L grip, turns around for the first release, a piked Kovacs, follows it up with a Kovacs, layout Tkachev was nice, straddle Tkachev, stalder, blind change to L grip, Tak, turns around for the giants into the double double layout dismount, good landing! 13.666 (5.6, 8.066)

3:17 pm. Touch is underway for the high bar final!

3:03 pm. Women’s Floor Final Standings

1. Jessica Gadirova, Great Britain, 14.000
2. Alice Kinsella, Great Britain, 13.666
3. Sabrina Voinea, Romania, 13.566
4. Naomi Visser, Netherlands, 13.466
5. Alice D’Amato, Italy, 13.433
6. Laura Casabuena, Spain, 13.033
7. Ana Barbosu, Romania, 12.800
8. Zsofia Kovacs, Hungary, 12.733

Parallel Bars Final Standings

1. Illia Kovtun, Ukraine, 15.166
2. Ferhat Arican, Türkiye, 14.933
3. Thierno Diallo, Spain, 14.733
4. Andrei Muntean, Romania, 14.400
5. Cameron-Lie Bernard, France, 14.366
6. Eddy Yusof, Switzerland, 13.466
7. Noe Seifert, Switzerland, 13.366
8. Matteo Levantesi, Italy, 13.133
9. Jake Jarman, Great Britain, 13.066

3:00 pm. Matteo Levantesi ITA PB: Clean handstand at the start, Makuts was decent but the subsequent pirouette was a bit messy. Transition to the single rail and then back, walks his hands a bit, one-arm pirouette is good, pirouette right into the Bhardwaj was cool, tucked barani, double pike with a small bounce. 13.133 (5.6, 7.533)

2:57 pm. Jake Jarman GBR PB: Front pike, misses the catch and can’t get to handstand, has to cast up. Ugh. Rushes a transition between the bars, short on the pirouette after, just needs to calm down I think. Good on the Bhardwaj, Tippelt got a little muscled and arched, half turn before the double front half dismount, low, chest down, hop forward. 13.066 (5.6, 7.466)

2:54 pm. Sabrina Voinea ROU FX: Double double, great landing, big smile. Full-twisting double layout, some hip form in the air and she’s a bit low on the landing. Stumbles a bit on the turn after that, triple I think? Looked a bit rushed. Hit the leap series without major problems. Front tuck through to triple full, small step back. Tour jeté half, nice air on that. Double tuck, steps back into the salute. Mostly strong work, just some clean up that needs to happen. 13.566 (5.8, 7.666)

2:52 pm. Thierno Diallo ESP PB: Front pike to handstand, Makuts wasn’t perfect but the best so far I think? Transition work goes well, very smooth, big Bhardwaj, Tippelt was lovely, double pike, tiny hop. Lets out a big scream! Fantastic routine. 14.733 (6.4, 8.333)

2:49 pm. Alice Kinsella GBR FX: 1.5 through to triple full, small hop, only minor form. Great opening pass. 2.5 to front full, steps over on the landing but again overall this was nice. Double wolf turn. Tour jeté half through to switch full, pretty good! Double pike, great landing there. Savors the moment. Great routine! 13.666 (5.6, 8.066)

2:47 pm. Ferhat Arican TUR PB: Lovely one-arm pirouette to half turn, holds the handstand forever, loses some leg form on the transition to the single rail, good going back to both, half turn with transitions, Makuts was a little slow in the middle, half turn before a one-arm full turn, double front half, little scoot back but windmills his arms around. Overall this was really nice. 14.933 (6.5, 8.433)

2:44 pm. Alice D’Amato ITA FX: Memmel to full turn, good! Double layout, strong in the air, small hop back. Triple full was really nice, maybe some slight ankle form but the rotation and landing were lovely. Double wolf turn. Switch leap to tour jeté…I’m gonna say half but maybe she was going for a full? Split jump full. Front double full, a little deep on the landing, hop forward. Switch ring with a little bounce back. 13.433 (5.4, 8.033)

2:42 pm. Cameron-Lie Bernard FRA PB: Half turn had really messy legs, same with the full pirouette that followed, maybe a bit rushed? Also rushes a transition to the single rail and loses leg form again. Makuts with minor form. Another full pirouette, one-arm out, double pike with a massive hop back. 14.366 (6.2, 8.166)

2:39 pm. Laura Casabuena ESP FX: Piked full-in, lots of leg separation throughout but gets the landing. Memmel turn finished a little shy in rotation I think. Front layout through to double tuck, tiny bounce back. Double full with some leg separation. Switch ring to tour jeté half. Switch half. Some little things throughout all of her leaps. Double pike, hop back. Nothing bad in this routine, but lots of small mistakes that will add up. 13.033 (5.2, 7.833)

2:35 pm. Andrei Muntean ROU PB: Slow press up to the first handstand, quarter turn to the single rail, little muscle, quarter turn back to both, another good transition, one-arm pirouette out, Bhavsar, maybe a little low? Up to pike sit with a press to handstand, steady. Tippelt was a little muscled about halfway through. Double pike was clean, small hop back. 14.400 (5.9, 8.500)

2:32 pm. Zsofia Kovacs HUN FX: Think she had a switch full at the beginning. Double double, really just the step back, looked pretty good in the air? Split full. Double layout, some form but decent on the landing. Switch leap to tour jeté half, landing could be cleaner but not bad. 1.5 to front full lands OOB with a little slide back. Double tuck, set was a bit low but she gets it around with a little stumble back. 12.733 (5.7, 7.333, -0.3)

2:30 pm. Illia Kovtun UKR PB: Holds the first handstand forever. Good transition work between the bars early on in the routine, also holds these handstands super well, hop half turn, front pike to handstand with a half turn, 1.5 turn, Makuts could have been smoother but finishes well, clean pirouette out, he’s really not missing a THING. Double front was clean, hop back. Well, this was gorgeous. 15.166 (6.6, 8.566)

2:27 pm. Naomi Visser NED FX: Whip to triple full to front tuck, awesome. Some crossed ankles in the triple. Double L to double spin wasn’t super controlled. Memmel to illusion was a little better. Switch half, pretty clean. 2.5 to front layout, came out of the 2.5 a bit short and really had to whip that layout around, ended up being super arched. Switch ring to tour jeté half. Double tuck at the end with her chest down. 13.466 (5.8, 7.666)

2:25 pm. Noe Seifert SUI PB: Arches over and walks forward on the first half turn, and then comes up a bit short on the pirouette after. Pike up to handstand also short and muscled. Makuts was a little slow in the middle but he got through it well. Looked like he nearly missed a hand on the Bhardwaj, corrected well but had to take a second into the pike sit. Tippelt was smooth. Double pike, really deep, big lunge forward. Not a great day for Switzerland. 13.366 (6.3, 7.066)

2:21 pm. Jessica Gadirova GBR FX: Full-twisting double layout, small hop, but really strong in the air! Kind of a floaty double layout but maybe rotated a bit too slowly? A little awkward on the landing, big hop back. Switch ring to tour jeté full. Popa in the corner before her front full through to double tuck, good landing. Early in the rotation but this could do it for gold! 14.000 (5.8, 8.200)

2:19 pm. Eddy Yusof SUI PB: Opening handstand work is pretty clean, had a very nice full pirouette, hitting everything solidly. Nice air on a salto skill, Tippelt goes super smoothly, but then, NOOOO, punches forward on the double pike dismount and crashes down face-first, WHAT a bummer. 13.466 (5.9, 7.566)

2:16 pm. Ana Barbosu ROU FX: Small hop back on the full-in. Pike jump full. Nice on the 2.5 to front tuck. Double wolf turn was smooth. Tour jeté full. Double pike, chest could be higher but it’s pretty clean and she lands well. Switch full, some form there. Double tuck, landing is really low and far forward, lunges out of it to save it from a fall. 12.800 (5.5, 7.300)

2:14 pm. Women on floor and men on parallel bars coming up shortly! The touch is now underway.

1:56 pm. Beam Final Standings

6. Luca Giubellini, Switzerland, 14.200
7. Harry Hepworth, Great Britain, 13.999
8. Sebastian Gawronski, Poland, 13.633

1:52 pm. Jake Jarman GBR VT: Kas 2.5, he makes it look SO easy, big step to the side and OOB but it was VERY nice in the air. 15.200 (6.0, 9.300, -0.1)

Follows that up with a Dragulescu, relatively great in the air, not SUPER controlled on the landing but it’s not bad either. Overall a fantastic set of vaults. 14.833 (5.6, 9.233)

15.016 average

1:49 pm. Jessica Gadirova GBR BB: Candle mount, switch leap to switch half to Korbut, one of her legs in the switch half was a bit of a mess but otherwise this was nice. Triple wolf turn goes well. Front aerial, short, break at the hips but pulls it back. Got the jump series after. Bhs loso, medium-sized wobble on the landing, good fight again. Side aerial with another slight wobble. Double pike, noooo, to her knees! After all that fighting through. 12.166 (5.4, 6.766)

1:46 pm. Luca Giubellini SUI VT: Dragulescu, deep on the landing with a huge hop back. 14.500 (5.6, 8.900)

Second vault is a Kas 1.5, could be a little bit stronger in the air, and he also has a large step back/to the side/OOB. 13.900 (5.2, 8.800, -0.1)

14.200 average

1:44 pm. Zsofia Kovacs HUN BB: HUGE amplitude on the switch leap mount and the connected switch half, connects THAT to a Korbut, fab. Side aerial to bhs with some leg form. Front aerial to straddle jump to split jump, some form in the jumps, wobble at the end of the series. Great double spin. Gets the side somi. Switch leap, huge again. Double tuck with a step back. Well, some little mistakes, but the overall vibe of this routine was amazing. 13.700 (5.9, 7.800)

1:41 pm. Gabriel Burtanete ROU VT: Tsuk double full, maaaaassive lunge back that he then also has to jump out of, not bad in the air but that landing deduction will be abysmal. 14.333 (5.6, 8.733)

Dragulescu, could be a lot tighter in the air, and he’s also a bit low with his chest position on the landing with a big hop forward. 14.566 (5.6, 8.966)

14.449 average

1:38 pm. Fien Enghels BEL BB: Drops out of the candle mount position too quickly I think, just shows a lack of control there. Triple wolf turn, wild arms at times, but gets it around well. Front aerial, pause, split jump. Both skills nice on their own. Side aerial loso, goes too far to the side and ends up scraping the side of the beam as she falls. Split leap to switch leap, little bobble. Gainer full, some leg form, tiny hop on the landing. 11.433 (5.0, 6.733, -0.3)

1:35 pm. Adem Asil TUR VT: Piked Draguescu, gets it around really well, just lunges back. Really excellent overall. 15.166 (6.0, 9.166)

Tsuk double pike, unfortunately to his knees. Ughhhh! 13.533 (5.6, 8.033, -0.1)

14.349 average

1:33 pm. Sanne Wevers NED BB: Bhs mount, a bit slow in the connection into the wolf jump full, double L turn, side aerial to back handspring with minor form and a slight bobble, front aerial comes up a bit short but she tries to cover it up by going into some choreo, full L turn to full pirouette to double pirouette to split leap, gorgeous sequence. Gainer full dismount with a little bobble. 13.800 (5.8, 8.000)

1:27 pm. Artur Davtyan ARM VT: Dragulescu, hop back, but not at all severe. Pretty nice in the air. 14.900 (5.6, 9.300)

Handspring randi next, gorgeous in the air and a great landing, not QUITE stuck, but pretty close. 15.166 (5.6, 9.566)

15.033 average

1:25 pm. Manila Esposito ITA BB: Bhs mount right into the loso to bhs, great. Front aerial to split to straddle jumps, minor form on all three. Triple wolf turn with the tiniest check at the end. Switch to split jump half, great connection. Good side aerial. Double pike, ooh, basically stuck! Best routine so far. 13.700 (5.7, 8.000)

1:23 pm. Sebastian Gawronski POL VT: I love that he made this final! Starts with a handspring double front, super deep landing but manages to keep his butt from touching the mat I think, with a step to the side, looked like it went OOB. 13.900 (5.2, 8.800, -0.1)

Goes for a tsuk double pike next but doesn’t really have the landing and ends up falling back and somersaulting out of it. Pretty clean in the air, just too far back on his heels when he landed. 13.366 (5.6, 7.866, -0.1)

13.633 average

1:20 pm. Alice D’Amato ITA BB: Hit the leap mount well, and then the punch front with a wobble and a step forward. Bhs loso, a little forward on the landing with a slight check. Switch leap to split leap, maybe a bit rushed? Switch ring, little bounce on the landing. Front aerial, comes up a little short but connects to the split and straddle jumps, maybe a bit shy on the latter. Wolf turn 1.5, then dismounts with a 2.5, a little off directionally and she has to take a big hop forward. 13.300 (5.5, 7.800)

1:18 pm. Harry Hepworth GBR VT: Dragulescu, tons of power, some form throughout, hop back on the landing. 14.766 (5.6, 9.166)

Oof, goes for a handspring randi but doesn’t have it at all and just kind of drops onto the edge of the mat, rotation actually looked okay, but he was SO far forward on the landing and had to give it up. 13.233 (5.6, 7.033, -0.3)

13.999 average

1:15 pm. Ondine Achampong GBR BB: Lovely walkover mount to start. Front aerial was a little tentative but she connected well into the split and straddle jumps. Bhs loso loso, lost her form in the last element and then also had a break at the hips but fought back for control. Side aerial to a jump, which I couldn’t see as the camera was SO zoomed in. Big wobble on the full Y turn. Split ring jump, back foot is iffy. Dismounts with a 2.5, legs crossed and a hop. 13.533 (5.9, 7.633)

1:12 pm. Igor Radivilov UKR VT: First vault is a Dragulescu, stuck cold! Chest down and the usual form in the air but that landing was tremendous. 14.900 (5.6, 9.300)

Next up is the tsuk double pike, ends up quite low on the landing and has to hop over to the side, but still a great run. 14.600 (5.6, 9.100, -0.1)

14.750 average

1:10 pm. Amalia Ghigoarta ROU BB: Punch front mount with a little hop forward. Switch leap to switch half, form and rotation were both slightly off but not too bad. Solid on the side aerial and on the bhs loso. Punch front, a little deep, and a mostly clean jump series. Double wolf turn goes well. Strong double tuck with minor deductions in form and on the landing. Overall this was a stellar set! 12.900 (5.0, 7.900)

1:07 pm. Touch should be wrapping up shortly. I’ll be back as soon as we’re ready to go.
