1. Simone Biles 59.100*
2. Leanne Wong 54.100
3. Joscelyn Roberson 54.050
4. Nola Matthews 53.550
5. Katelyn Jong 53.450
6. Zoe Miller 53.000
7. Amelia Disidore 52.800
8. Alicia Zhou 52.750
9. Michelle Pineda 52.450
10. Tiana Sumanasekera 52.100
*Really a 58.9 but the judges over-valued her vault D score by two tenths because they think if someone does a Yurchenko double tuck they’d rate THAT a 6.2 and the pike would be bumped to a 6.4. But at worlds it would be a 6.2.
8:50 pm. Malea Milton UB: Saw her catch her Pak and hit the double layout, hit routine!
8:46 pm. Kayla DiCello UB: Muscled through to the toe full at the start and only got it halfway around. Back on, gets it this time, Maloney to clear hip to Church, blind change to piked Jaeger, Pak, van Leeuwen, and a stuck full-out dismount. Great recovery! 12.200 (5.3, 6.900)
8:44 pm. Marissa Neal UB: Wasn’t typing during this but a hit routine! 12.650 (4.9, 7.750)
Leanne Wong VT: Strong Yurchenko double! 14.150 (5.0, 9.150)
8:41 pm. Simone Biles VT: Yurchenko double pike, absolutely phenomenal, just a step to the side OOB. 15.400 (6.4, 9.600, -0.6) – I think 0.5 of that ND was for Laurent being on the podium helping her.
Eveylynn Lowe UB: I missed this completely, I’m sorry! 12.750 (5.0, 7.750)
8:38 pm. Katelyn Jong VT: Yurchenko double full, lost some of the leg from at the very end but again solid. 13.700 (5.0, 8.700)
Chloe Cho UB: Piked Jaeger, Ray, caught with some wild legs but good fight to save it, Pak, van Leeuwen, missed a cast to handstand after that and had to hop off. Back on for the giants to the double layout, stuck. 10.950 (4.4, 6.550)
8:36 pm. Tiana Sumanasekera VT: Solid Yurchenko double full! 14.150 (5.0, 9.150)
Kaliya Lincoln FX: Double double and double layout are both GREAT! Switch ring to tour jeté half. Front full I think? through to double tuck. Amazing!
Amelia Disidore UB: Hit routine, solid double layout dismount. 12.950 (5.4, 7.550)
Dulcy Caylor VT: Yurchenko double, some form and not as powerful as the first one we saw but still solid! 13.700 (5.0, 8.700)
8:33 pm. Final rotation start lists…

UB – Sunisa Lee, Amelia Disidore, Chloe Cho, Eveylynn Lowe, Marissa Neal, Kayla DiCello, Malea Milton

I think Suni Lee might be a scratch on bars based on the live scores.

8:27 pm. Skye Blakely BB: Everyone LOVED her mount. Great standing full and front handspring front tuck series, SO clean in the tuck position. Switch leap to switch half to back tuck, great. Front aerial, side aerial, leg up, bobble, double pike, slight leg sep, step back. Loooove! 14.300 (6.4, 7.900)
8:24 pm. Simone Biles FX: Full twisting double layout to start, some leg form there, but gets the landing with a step. Front full through to double double, CASUAL! Double wolf turn. Switch to tour jeté full. Biles, small step, doesn’t try it into the stag. Switch full to a little hop full turn before her last pass, a strong double layout. The applause is DEAFENING. 14.900 (6.8, 8.100)
8:22 pm. Jade Carey BB: Front aerial to split jump to Korbut, slipped up on the bhs loso but saved it after a wobble, cross straight jump full, and then another cross jump with a half, little wobble, switch to switch half to straddle, side aerial, double tuck, a little cowboyed but GREAT landing! 13.000 (5.6, 7.400)
8:20 pm. Katelyn Jong FX: Double double, a little buckled but got it! Tucked full-in, a little low with her chest, hop back. Good 1.5 to front full. Double pike, hop back. Good! 13.050 (5.5, 7.550)
8:17 pm. Kaliya Lincoln BB: I think I missed the beginning of this. Caught it from the bhs layout series, awesome! So clean in the layout. Front aerial, slight check. Side aerial. Hit the dismount. 12.950 (5.3, 7.750, -0.1)
Kayla DiCello VT: Yurchenko full, slight softness in her lines off the table but a good landing. 13.400 (4.2, 9.200)
8:14 pm. Eveylynn Lowe VT: Yurchenko 1.5, some knees on the landing, hop, but overall good! 13.600 (4.6, 9.000)
Dulcy Caylor FX: Nice tucked full-in. Also hit a strong double pike. 1.5 to front full, small step. Clean double tuck, hop back. 12.650 (5.4, 7.250)
Marissa Neal VT: Yurchenko 1.5, really nice! Love how she absorbed the landing. 13.650 (4.6, 9.050)
8:12 pm. Tiana Sumanasekera FX: Double double, double layout, both great! Switch ring to tour jeté half, nice. I think a 1.5 to front full, had a bit of a skid there. Double pike with a bit of a wild landing but not too severe. 12.900 (5.7, 7.200)
Elle Mueller BB: Punch front mount, good. Also hit a punch front tuck on the beam. Off on her side aerial. High double tuck but looks like she didn’t rotate fast enough, hands down. 10.550 (5.0, 5.650, -0.1)
Amelia Disidore VT: Yurchenko double full, some leg form but a hit! 13.850 (5.0, 8.850)
Chloe Cho VT: Yurchenko full, step/hop back. 12.950 (4.2, 8.750)
8:10 pm. Sunisa Lee VT: Lovely stretched Yurchenko full! Small hop back but nice and flared. 13.500
8:08 pm. Leanne Wong FX: Nailed the double double in the opening pass! Double layout, set was maybe a little low but she got it around with no issues at all. Whip half to front full. Finishes with a super strong double pike, small hop. 13.500 (5.6, 7.900)
Levi Jung-Ruivivar BB: Good side aerial loso! Lovely leap series. Came off on something after that sadly. Had a nice front aerial, but then a hard fall I think on a switch half. Hopped back on the dismount. 10.350 (4.7, 5.750, -0.1)
Malea Milton VT: Yurchenko 1.5, not bad! Slightly soft in her leg form at times but overall pretty good. 13.300 (4.6, 8.700)

4. Nola Matthews 27.200
5. Jordan Chiles 26.700
– Elle Mueller 26.700
– Katelyn Jong 26.700
– Michelle Pineda 26.700
7:59 pm. Katelyn Jong BB: Switch leap mount, standing full, medium wobble there but good control to bring it back, side aerial, standing loso to loso, wobbly at the end but love that series, punch front tuck was so clean, double wolf turn, double pike dismount, good!
7:57 pm. Marissa Neal FX: Beautiful arabian double front! Double pike had a step. Double L turn, through to L hop turn to tour jeté half. 2.5 with a step forward. Split jump full. Good double tuck to finish, step back.
7:56 pm. Dulcy Caylor BB: Gorgeous mount. Bhs loso loso, some flex in her feet but SO solid. Switch was slow to the switch half, probably no CV, also shaky on the latter. Front aerial to split jump to Korbut, nice. 2.5, crossed ankles and a step to the side. Great work! 12.700 (5.1, 7.600)
7:52 pm. Jordan Chiles BB: Bhs loso loso, some foot form, big wobble, leg up, saves it, steps back, WOO! Front aerial to straddle jump, slight adjustment. Full turn. Side somi with a check. Switch to switch half, her feet need to point, side aerial, slight check, sissone to a nice pike jump, switch side, double pike, a little deep, lunge back. Everything was a bit problematic but she showed a GREAT fight. 12.800 (5.6, 7.200)
Eveylynn Lowe FX: Arabian double front, a little overrotated, step to correct. Ooh, 2.5 to front full! Double pike I think at the end. Or a double tuck. I was trying to do this by memory but the problem is that I have zero memory. 12.550 (5.3, 7.250)
7:49 pm. Skye Blakely UB: Stalder half to piked Jaeger, Church I think to Pak? I missed the entry, sorry! Toe full was perfection to van Leeuwen, some leg form, double front half with a step back.
Chloe Cho FX: Good full-in to start. had a beautiful 2.5 at the end! 12.250 (4.7, 7.550)
7:48 pm. Tiana Sumanasekera BB: I missed the beginning but didn’t see any falls, switch to switch half, solid. Side aerial, wolf jump, strong double pike dismount. 13.500 (5.8, 7.700)
7:46 pm. Amelia Disidore FX: Big double double to start. Popa. Small hop on the full-in. Hit the other two passes as well, good double pike to finish! 13.250 (5.6, 7.650)
7:44 pm. Elle Mueller UB: Great handstand before the toe full, beautiful, to Maloney to Ray, Pak, Chow to Ricna, blind change to front giant to double front, deep with a big lunge/launch forward but wow, this was impressive! 13.300 (5.8, 7.500)
7:41 pm. Levi Jung Ruivivar UB: Straddle Jaeger, nice handstand before a stalder to Ricna, bent her knees before the Pak. Van Leeuwen, legs went a little wild. A little low on the full-in dismount. 12.900 (5.4, 7.500)
Leanne Wong BB: Hit everything at the beginning, side aerial, jump series, bhs loso with a bit of a wobble, full turn isn’t bad, switch ring, front aerial to split jump to straddle jump. 2.5 wasn’t fully rotated in the twist and also landed a bit deep in the knees, big stumble forward but she saved it from a fall. 12.700 (5.2, 7.500)
Malea Milton FX: Hit her opening pass. Skid on the 2.5 but recovered, that was close. Hit the third pass, 1.5 to front tuck maybe? Hop forward. Good double tuck to finish, just some split knees. 11.950 (5.2, 6.750)
7:39 pm. Lexi Zeiss UB: Wasn’t typing but this was a hit routine! 13.350 (5.8, 7.550)
Kayla DiCello FX: Full-in for her first pass and a 1.5 to front full for the second IIRC. Hit the leap pass. Double pike for her third pass, small hop. Easier routine than she’s capable of but done well, the landing on her opening pass was so solid! 13.150 (5.2, 7.950)
7:37 pm. Simone Biles BB: Switch leap mount to switch half to back pike, amazing. Got the wolf turn business and aerial to jump beautifully. Super solid on the bhs loso loso. Kayla is kind of blocking me on floor so apologies if these are slightly off. Side aerial, chest down and a check. Full-in dismount with a lunge back. 14.800 (6.5, 8.300)
7:36 pm. In rotation two we have…
UB: Lexi Zeiss, Levi Jung-Ruivivar, Elle Mueller, Skye Blakely
BB – Simone Biles, Leanne Wong, Tiana Sumanasekera, Jordan Chiles, Dulcy Caylor, Katelyn Jong
FX – Kayla DiCello, Malea Milton, Amelia Disidore, Chloe Cho, Eveylynn Lowe, Marissa Neal
7:32 pm. I don’t know how to give a standings update with the first scores counting. Highest scores from this rotation were…
Sunisa Lee 14.500
Simone Biles 14.000
Kaliya Lincoln 14.150
Skye Blakely 14.100
Jordan Chiles 13.900
Katelyn Jong 13.750
Leanne Wong 13.750
Elle Mueller 13.400
7:29 pm. Eveylynn Lowe BB: Switch leap mount was SO aggressive, love. Split ring jump. Or leap? I couldn’t tell from my angle. Bhs bhs layout looked SO crooked but she brought it back in line with a minor wobble, some leg form in the layout. Switch to switch side. Side aerial loso, slight check. Front aerial, check before the straddle to split jump. Good double full dismount.
7:26 pm. Chloe Cho BB: Bhs loso, kind of trips on the landing and then comes off. Switch to switch side, not connected and the second is a bit short. To back tuck. Side aerial, a little short in rotation. Lovely jumps after, especially the straddle. Off again on…a side somi I think it was? Double full was very nice, great landing. 10.500 (4.7, 5.800)
7:21 pm. Dulcy Caylor UB: Toe full, right to handstand, just some form, to Maloney to Pak, clean van Leeuwen, stalder to blind change to front giant to straddle Jaeger, double double was a little whippy but landed it well! 12.900 (5.0, 7.900)
Amelia Disidore BB: Layout stepout mount. Got the layout series! Everything after that is so nice. Little check on the full wolf turn. She’s such a calm and confident beam worker. Side somi with a slight check. Switch side. Double pike with a hop. Excellent job! 12.750 (5.5, 7.350, -0.1)
7:18 pm. Sunisa Lee BB: Beautiful on the wolf turn. Front aerial to split jump to back handspring. Switch leap to switch half to split ring jump. Nailed the side aerial loso loso. OMG. Switch ring, and a gainer full off the end. 14.500 (6.2, 8.300)
Jordan Chiles UB: Toe full, piked Tkachev to Pak, Maloney to Gienger. Caught another release I think, then a bail to toe shoot, HUGE full-in with a hop. 13.900 (5.7, 8.200)
7:16 pm. Tiana Sumanasekera UB: Went for a toe full at the start but got stuck halfway through and couldn’t get it around. Tries it again, nice handstand before the HIT toe full, then a Maloney to Pak, another good handstand before the van Leeuwen, caught the straddle Jaeger, and hit the full-out dismount with a hop. 11.550
7:15 pm. Malea Milton BB: Foot slipped on the punch front pike mount, fall. Also off on the flight series and nearly off on a leap after that but saved it. Big break on the front aerial. Split jump half. Full turn, check. Side aerial. Fell on her dismount as well. Oy, a bummer of a routine.
7:14 pm. Kaliya Lincoln VT: Yurchenko double, form in the air could be a little tighter but it’s HUGE. Big step backwards. 14.150
7:12 pm. Leanne Wong UB: I missed the beginning but got the Bhardwaj connection, Maloney to Pak, great handstand before the clean van Leeuwen, and she hits the double layout with a hop. 13.750 (5.7, 8.050)
Elle Mueller VT: Yurchenko 1.5, leg form in the air. 13.400
7:10 pm. Kayla DiCello BB: Candle mount, clean triple wolf turn. Tour jeté half. Flight series with the smallest check. I think an aerial to split jump after that, to tuck maybe? I don’t remember. Got the side aerial. Double pike, a bit low with her chest, but first time doing that in a while! 13.200 (5.8, 7.400)
Lexi Zeiss VT: Yurchenko 1.5, some soft knees and a step OOB. 13.300
7:08 pm. Simone Biles UB: Weiler half to Maloney to blind full, some leg form, to piked Tkachev to a straight Pak, nice handstand before the van Leeuwen, just some flexed feet there, toe full, legs come apart and she arches over, to the dismount, a full-in.
7:05 pm. Skye Blakely VT: Yurchenko double, really clean in the air, big step back. No score came up for this? It’s showing as a 0.000 in the live scores. Maybe a 14.100?
Yurchenko half-on layout half for her second vault. 13.375 average
Katelyn Jong UB: Arched over the first handstand but brought it back to the full to Maloney? (couldn’t see entry) to Pak, van Leeuwen, legs are a bit rough, inbar to toe half to Jaeger, hit the dismount with no problem. 13.750 (5.9, 7.850)
Marissa Neal BB: Nailed the flight series, had a big wobble at one point that she saved, on acro I think. Front aerial is good. A little shaky on a jump near the end. 12.550 (5.0, 7.550)
7:03 pm. This beam rotation is going to last ONE YEAR. They’re still warming up and vault is like, basically fully ready to go.

What happened to Suni that she didn’t do bars? That’s a damn shame if she’s injured. Dear God Simone hasn’t competed in 2 years and she’s 26 and she beat the field by FIVE points? Holy mother of….

Suni has been dealing with a non-gymnastics health issue for several months, which has made it very hard for her to train. According to her coach, their plan was for her to do beam and vault to try for a two-event qualifying score, and if she didn’t make it with those two she would do bars. She made it easily and they decided not to risk the bars routine. Nothing happened, she’s not injured, she’s just coming back.

Well coming back after being out due to kidney infections that sidelined her for months.

Suni is battling two kidney diseases right now and has not been able to train the way she needs to. So her goal at Classics was just to do 2 events and qualify for Championships.

Based only on what we’ve seen so far: Simone, Suni, Skye, Joscelyn, Zoe
Vt: Skye, Josecyln, Simone
UB: (SUNI), Simone, Skye, Zoe
BB: Simone/Skye/Suni
FX: ? Joseclyn, Simone
Questions at Nats will be on Jade passing up Joscelyn (though I could see a team with both tbh)
And if Shilese, Jordan can force their way in over Zoe/Skye
I don’t see anyone else with a strong shot tbh.
My guesses would be Jade passes Joscelyn and Shilese’s AA potential and tightness with Zoe on bars is too good to pass up for a final team of
Simone, Suni, Shilese, Skye, Jade Alts: Jordan, Zoe, Joseclyn

I understand your thought process here, but I also think you might be forgetting a few athletes that are strong contenders– Gabby, Konnor, Leeann, Trinity, Tiana…they are all possible threats.

Did you miss the part where OP said this is based only on routines that we have seen?
Also Gabby, Konnor, and Trinity have not qualified for nationals this year because they haven’t gotten the minimum scores at a team camp or Classics, so won’t be on the worlds team

Tiana reminds me of Alyssa Baumann, a great beamer and good of fx/vault but not enough distance on the others on beam or great enough on fx/vault to pass up the big vault and floor workers. It’s funny that Laurent is coaching her too, maybe he’ll have plan haha.

I actually agree with this analysis. But, I think it’s important to say that often people trying to prove themselves are far more “ready” with their difficulty during Classic than those that do not.
So I would say it is probable that Shilese, Jade, Leanne and Jordan will show higher difficulty routines in two weeks at nationals where it will be a factor into Worlds’ selection.
I am very skeptical Zoe instead of Shilese will make the team and am giving Joscelyn a 40% chance against Jade with Skye about a 70% chance instead of Leanne. I can also see them giving Jordan a spot instead of hyper-focusing on any top scoring 3 up theoretical team just because.
My early World’s prediction is Simone, Suni, Shilese, Skye, and Jade with Jordan as the traveling alternate.
I doubt Suni or Jade will push their training too hard even if their spot is in contention, whereas I think the others listed here will go all out trying to make the team. It’s the same reason why I don’t even mention Kayla, I don’t think she cares enough to really dig in and fight that hard at this point.

I mean both Chiles and Carey are pacing themselves coming back from NCAA.
Carey did the same thing in 2021 when she knew she was on the Olympic Team as an individual.
Pretty sure both of them will be at top form by Nationals/World Trials.

Jordan will have to be *better* than last year to make the team tho.
She will either have to a. beat Shilese AA by a good bit or B. put up a higher vt/fx/bb total than Joscelyn or vt/fx than Jade.

What happened to Jade? Why did she only do beam?
