  1. Thank you for this coverage. I really enjoy that this web site gives so much attention to the minor countries as well as the big gymnastics events. Keep on doing the amazing work you’ve done so far. 🙂

    • It’s because she didn’t do two from different families! You’ll see that a lot at smaller nationals…they want to allow girls the chance to compete in the vault final because so few have two different family vaults, so they just let them do two of the same family but then have to take the 2 point deduction. This was also the case at Australian nationals, where only 2 gymnasts had different family vaults and yet I believe 6-8 or something like that were still in the final and all had to take the 2 point deductions.
