NCAA Week 10 Preview and Schedule

OAKOJEYMRYENUBG.20180225030029

So much good going down on Friday, including No. 1 Oklahoma hosting its senior night, which is always a good time. While they’ll be at a clear advantage compared to their guests, the battle for second will be an AMAZING one, featuring No. 10 Arkansas, No. 12 Arizona State, and Big 12 rival No. 15 Denver.

The SEC will also be lit, as the kids say, even without a ton of conference rivalry meet-ups. No. 2 LSU is traveling to No. 24 NC State, No. 5 Florida is hosting the rock-solid No. 13 Nebraska, No. 19 Missouri is traveling to No. 25 Iowa State with No. 29 Iowa, and the big meet will be the Alabama Elevate the Stage showdown between No. 6 Alabama and No. 16 Auburn, which is always fun to watch because the Tigers love working for that upset.

We’ll also see a lot of trio and quad meets tonight, with the most exciting competition coming between No. 20 Cal and No. 22 Minnesota at No. 56 Sacramento State, featuring No. 71 Alaska, and we’ll also see No. 21 BYU hosting No. 28 Penn State, No. 38 Utah State, and No. 52 Texas Woman’s while No. 9 Washington will host No. 45 UC Davis and No. 65 Seattle Pacific.

Saturday is a little slow but we’ll see quality over quantity with several awesome duals set up, including No. 4 Utah at No. 7 Michigan, which is one of the highlights of the weekend. Also on the docket is No. 14 Boise State at No. 17 Georgia while No. 11 Oregon State will host No. 43 Michigan State, and we’ll also see which three NCGA East teams will join La Crosse, Whitewater, and Hamline at Division III nationals at the NCGA Championships.

Sunday will see No. 3 UCLA in action as they travel to No. 27 Stanford. This used to be a big deal meet when the quality coming from both teams was more evenly-matched, but while the Bruins will likely get a blow-out win here, it’s also Elizabeth Price’s senior night, and so anything under a Perfect 40 will be unacceptable, judges!

Also a highlight on Sunday is No. 8 Kentucky at No. 32 New Hampshire along with No. 57 Yale and No. 63 Brown, No. 18 George Washington saying goodbye to its BEST CLASS EVER of seven seniors (and pretty much this season’s entire lineup) as they host No. 31 West Virginia and EAGL rival No. 41 Pittsburgh, and No. 20 Cal back for the second time this week at No. 45 UC Davis, also making a second appearance.

The full schedule is below. All times listed are ET, the first team listed is the host team, and we’ll update any links as they are updated on each program’s schedule. Once the meet is finished, we’ll add results. Enjoy!
