Ah! Belgium looks so good! Can’t wait to see what they do at worlds.

And Romania looks so bad! 151 points. OK you could have put Ioana into the team and earn another 2 points but for Romania to have 9s and 10s is bad. I can see Romania not just without a medal (this is a fact now not only a projection) but even without a final. And in the men’s competition I can see them outside top 24 and not able to qualify a team for Tokyo. And this is the team that took bronze in 2004 Olympics! How bad you have to be as a federation to take a team from 3rd to outside 24 within 15 years.

There is the AA final which isn’t that hard to qualify…

And…. look though at vault, beam, and floor. They are equal, better, or only slightly lower. It’s the UB scores. It’s not that they are suddenly so awful everywhere…but those UB scores kill them
At least Golgota and Crisan were above 12…. if the worlds team can do 12s, they should easily qualify for 2019 worlds. Right now too 24 in Doha has to be the big goal.
Big fall down….small steps back….

Naomi Visser comes out from nowhere! 54 could be a top 10 AA score

Denisa Golgota is like the only somewhat bright spot for romania. at least her bars was higher than 12 compared to 9 and 10s for all the other romanians…. sigh….
Wonder if they will struggle to make top 24 teams this yr..
