We’re coming at you live from the NCAA Championships Super Six team finals, where Oklahoma, Florida, Utah, Alabama, Stanford, and Auburn will fight to be crowned this year’s national champion.

Refresh this page every five minutes or so if you want to follow the action. Most recent updates will appear at the top.

9:25 pm. Official results…

1. Florida 197.850
2. Utah 197.800
3. Oklahoma 197.525
4. Alabama 197.275
5. Stanford 197.250
6. Auburn 195.625

9:24 pm. KJ looks so bummed. The team is getting a pep talk from a sobbing Rebecca Clark. Senior sobs, not “we didn’t win” sobs. THERE’S A DIFFERENCE.

9:22 pm. Bama’s still going on like “why not?” Great floor from Carley Sims in the anchor position.

9:19 pm. Brewer anchoring for Oklahoma, and there’s no way they can break into the top two – they’re about four tenths behind. Hit routine, stuck dismount, and they’re all so proud. 9.95!!! Like Stanford, they fought so hard back from those mistakes.

9:17 pm. Florida just edged ahead of Utah 197.850-197.800. Utah fans are slowly waving flags. Utah ladies flashing their U signs like this is the Hunger Games and they’re like, flashing the weird hand symbol. Corrie Lothrop, Becky Tutka both sobbing.

Capps going on beam, finishes with stuck gainer full! They’re destroying beam right now. A shame about all of the little mistakes tonight elsewhere.

9:12 pm. Brannan on floor and I’ve never seen her on this event I don’t think! I vaguely recall an elite with this floor music at some point. 1.5 front lay, very nice.

I believe I missed Caquatto’s bars. Sloan hits the Ray, goes over a little on the bail but holds on, sticks double layout!

R Clark on beam…front aerial to Korbut, nice. Her last routine ever. And a stuck dismount!

McMurtry hits a great bars set, capped off with a nice big full-out. Gonna be SO close between Florida and Utah.

K Clark stumbles back her double pike a tiny bit on floor.

9:11 pm. Aww, a deserved 9.925 for Delaney, and then Dabritz destroys her FTY.

Lovan is working steadily on beam, and looks very clean. Score for Sorensen flashes 9.925.

I THINK UTAH’S GONNA WIN THIS, GUYS.

9:08 pm. Capps’ floor music – like the actual song – is playing as the meet music. KJ is giving a big last minute zen pep talk to Sorensen. Switch to split to beat down to her knees, gorgeous. Cat leap to front aerial to bhs, SEAMLESS. Beautiful flexibility. Stuck gainer full. AMAZING.

Bianca D-G hits bars but her dismount looks rough from here.

Clean FTY from Partyka.

Jetter opens with arabian double front on floor, little bobble on the landing. Nice 1.5 to front lay.

Big clean hit FTY for Kari Lee!

On bars, Hunter looks like she hit, finishes with a full-out with a big stumble forward.

Big clean stuck FTY for Delaney!

9:06 pm. Kmieciak on beam hits her bhs loso so smoothly. Big double tuck and she’s thrilled. Excellent routine.

Baker hit bars but I didn’t see much of it.

Frost is doing nicely on floor…finishes with super open double pike.

I believe Lothrop and Lewis have vaulted for Utah but I couldn’t see either.

9:04 pm. Final rotation!

Utah on vault – Lothrop, Lewis, Partyka, Lee, Delaney, Dabritz

Florida on bars – Baker, Dancose-Giambattisto, Hunter, Caquatto, Sloan, McMurtry

Oklahoma on beam – Kmieciak, Sorensen, Lovan, Clark, Capps, Brewer

Alabama on floor – Frost, Jetter, Brannan, Clark, Beers, Sims

9:00 pm. Stanford finishes with a 197.250! Very nice work from them, especially considering that super rough floor. I feel like they probably could’ve threatened for the title had floor not existed! Auburn finishes with 195.625.

8:56 pm. Oh, by the way, what I SAW in Scaman’s bars looked great but she apparently fell?!

Hong is nailing beam, so slow and graceful and lovely. Fluid. Controlled. Stuck gainer pike. BEAUTIFUL. She’s SCREAAAAAMING. Shapiro is crying again. 9.95!

Tutka doing very well on floor…finishes great, throws up another big U to the crowd before hugging Megan Marsden and running off the podium.

8:51 pm. Vaculik begins beam with a lengthy and lovely mount. Bhs loso is good. Great hit routine!

Little stumble on floor from Lothrop in her opening pass.

Dowell about to go on bars…Church, bail, both good. Full-twisting double layout with a step! Great job.

Ebee on BEAM! Front aerial to bhs, maybe a TINY bit slow if we’re being picky. Switch to split jump to wolf, hit, no problems. Huge double pike with just a step. Gets a standing ovation from Stanford crowd! WHERE ARE YOU CORDELIA!?

Dabritz on floor – piked full-in into a lunge, not very controlled but she makes it look controlled. Excellent from what I could see!

8:48 pm. Big Jaeger and perfect handstands from Wofford. Full-in, maybe a step back? 1.5 to front lay.

Huge opening triple full for Kari Lee.

Rice on beam, OMG, her arm wave thingy. PERFECT. Nails bhs loso. Hit routine!

8:45 pm. N. McNair hits her bhs loso, and the whole routine!

Lewis gets through floor with no problems and a huge smile on her face.

Big stuck double layout for Brewer off bars!

8:43 pm. Stanford section going nuts for Stanford on beam right in front of them. Becky Wing lets out a big long sigh as she mounts. Nails front aerial to bhs loso. Switch, sissone, stuck gainer full, all in a row. Best I’ve seen her do!

Double pike for Rowe to start on floor.

Clark hits bars for Oklahoma, as does Kmieciak!

8:38 pm. Fifth rotation!

Auburn on vault – Webster, Guy, Kluz, Demers, Atkinson, Rott

Oklahoma on bars – Clark, Kmieciak, Brewer, Wofford, Scaman, Dowell

Stanford on beam – Wing, McNair, Rice, Vaculik, Price, Hong

Utah on floor – Rowe, Lewis, Lee, Lothrop, Dabritz, Tutka

8:27 pm. Clark hits her bhs loso, front toss to beat jump, 1.5 dismount and she is THRILLED. Lots of screaming right now. They really came back after Kayla’s save. Kayla says “thank you, thank you” AND SHE’S CRYING. I’M CRYING.

8:24 pm. Hong on bars! Lovely double layout.

On beam, Beers is hitting with ease. I can’t say the same for Clark, who is going over her beam in front of me and basically screaming at herself, and then smiling big, and then yelling. LOVE IT. 1.5 dismount with a step for a good finish for Beers.

Oh, Shapiro had a beautiful bars routine, and apparently started crying after she finished, according to Sarah Chrane. WISH I SAW THAT.

8:21 pm. Kadous stumbles a little OOB on either her first or second pass.

Ebee’s Church to bail is stunning. Double layout with a slight hop. I keep looking for Cordelia in the stands whenever Ebee does something awesome, which is every second.

Aja Sims just killed it on beam, including a big double tuck to finish. 9.95 I believe!

8:18 pm. Nice Gienger from Vaculik on bars. Looked big from where I sit. Great double layout as well.

Hunter hits her FTY.

Kayla Williams falls on beam, on a jump/leap I believe…It was quick, but painful. Hits front tuck to beat jump and bhs loso. Step on 1.5 dismount and she’s looking happy despite the error. Cheering for the rest of her teammates to keep them pumped.

McMurtry’s FTY is lovely and Claire Boyce is EFFING SCREAMING LIKE A BANSHEE. There’s CHEERING and then there’s SHRIEKING. LAWD, STOP IT.

8:16 pm. Rice catches her Jaeger on bars,

Absolutely huge and floaty FTY from Baker.

Guerrero on beam looks solid so far. Ha, loses control on her side aerial and does a little half turn out of it LOL. NEW SKILL! BONUS POINTS! Hit routine!

Walker on floor is lovely as always. Hit routine!

Apparently Bridgey Caquatto fell on vault?! LOL?!

8:15 pm. Oh, it apparently started and I had no idea?! It didn’t get announced that it had officially started though?! Hahaha. Floor still isn’t done warming up…

Anyway, Caquatto and Wang have already vaulted, and McNeer just hit beam.

8:12 pm. Rotation four…

Florida on vault – Caquatoo, Wang, Baker, Sloan, Hunter, McMurtry

Stanford on bars – N McNair, Rice, Vaculik, Shapiro, Price, Hong

Alabama on beam – McNeer, Guerrero, Williams, Sims, Beers, Clark

Auburn on floor – Walker, Webster, Hlawek, Kluz, Demers, Atkinson

8:05 pm. Caquatto opens floor with a decent opening pass. I hate that it feels like Hunter is the anchor and it’s like the perfect way to end things off, and then this routine comes out. The music, the choreo, the tumbling…such a downgrade from Hunter and I’ll never love it. Gets a ton of height on the split jump out of her middle pass. Hits double pike well.

8:02 pm. Okay, I LOVE how Hunter flares her arms out DURING her double layout. Just cool. No problems on middle pass. Standard open double tuck, looked stuck.

Lothrop on beam is excellent. Utah is REALLY putting up a bid for the title right now, having gotten bars and beam out of the way like it’s nothing.

8:00 pm. Baker’s Dos Santos opening pass is stellar, just steps forward. Double pike is very clean. Hits last pass.

On bars, Clark has a hop on her double layout.

For Utah on beam, Rowe is looking good, flexed feet on her straddle 1/4 aside. Bhs loso loso is hit and she’s like, SCREAMING at herself. HAHAHA. It’s hilarious. Probably singing her beam music for the moonwalk, which she does to applause. 1.5 is a bit deep but it’s stuck.

7:57 pm. On floor, Sloan has no problems with her opening pass, a front double full I believe. Lovely 1.5 to front pike. Crushes last pass.

On bars, Beers is killing it…looks clean from where I sit. Leg separation on the handstand before the double front dismount, which she stumbles back a bit.

Lee on beam is doing well so far, she doesn’t even spot her switch to switch side! She looks over her shoulder like yeah I hit that. Dismount is no problem.

7:55 pm. Jackson has a HUGE Yurchenko 1.5, hops forward.

On beam, Delaney’s mount is awesome. I don’t think I’ve ever appreciated it before. Legs are bent on her bhs loso, and she biffs the tuck jump full a bit but no big problems. Sticks gainer full.

On bars, Sims has no problem with the Weiler kip. Steps on the double layout dismount.

Scaman’s FTY is perfection. 10! 10! 10! 10! 10!

7:53 pm. Dowell looks like she goes onto the vault WAY off to the side but she hits the Yurchenko 1.5 and looks happy.

Jetter just hit bars!

Dabritz has a big pause before her bhs loso but she hits it. Being careful. Side aerial, switch to switch side…the switch side is VERY questionable in terms of the whole 180 thing but whatever. Nails dismount and screams “WOOOO!” LAST BEAM ROUTINE EVER, NOGRIPZ!

Wang hits her double layout to open floor. Double tuck.

FTY with a step for Capps.

Bailey hits bars to huge applause!

7:50 pm. Stover on beam has a few little shaky bits but is overall nice. Little slide back on the dismount.

Jones begins vault with an FTY, looked stuck!

McNeer tucks her legs on her bail but SOMEHOW holds on and hits the double layout. Yikes. Won’t score well AT ALL but good for her for holding on.

Boyce is doing fine on floor. Hits Rudi to finish with no problem.

Kmieciak’s FTY has a little bounce back.

7:46 pm. In the third rotation…

Oklahoma on vault – Jones, Kmieciak, Dowell, Capps, Jackson, Scaman

Alabama on bars – McNeer, Jetter, Bailey, Sims, Beers, Clark

Utah on beam – Stover, Dabritz, Delaney, Lee, Rowe, Lothrop

Florida on floor – Boyce, Wang, Sloan, Baker, Hunter, Caquatto

7:42 pm. Brown opens with a double tuck on floor. Middle pass is underrotated and legs are messy.

Auburn fan behind me is PISSED about Atkinson’s beam score. “If we were in Crimson you would’ve given it to her!”

7:39 pm. Scaman on floor opens with a big double layout, as usual. Excellent control on her Rudi loso. Finishes with big double tuck. Killer routine.

Atkinson on beam, hits bhs loso series, amazing double pike with a small hop.

Utah has a massive 49.575 on bars. They’re running away with it!

7:37 pm.  Jackson is a little too over-rotated on her opening piked full-in and a foot goes OOB on floor. Hits double pike.

I’m guessing Dabritz got a 1 million on bars because the Utah fans are going mad. Looks like a 10 from what I can see on the sign board…YUP. 10!

Walker on beam…punch front to beat jump, nice. She’s lovely to watch. Great bhs loso. Cheats stick on her great gainer full.

7:35 pm. From Lothrop I saw her bail and double layout dismount, which looked stuck.

Guy on beam…I remember watching her get wheeled through LSU’s arena at regionals last year and now look at her. Hits cat leap to switch side, UGH. Arms are way too bent on bhs, doesn’t get amplitude into the loso, lands awkwardly and falls.

Dabritz has a bail to toe shoot (or Ray, I can’t see), I missed before that, looks like she sticks the full-in (or out, again, I’M FAR).

7:32 pm. Ebee’s FTY is damn near perfect. I’m far away so I can’t really judge it but it was hells yeah good.

Lopez on bars catches huge Tkatchev but she’s a little close to the bar. DLO a bit low but it looks like she sticks!

FTY for Ivana Hong, just a hop back.

Demers on beam has a stumble after her sheep jump but no big deal. Sticks dismount.

Dowell on floor hits the opening double front to stag but the jumps not in super great control. Stumbles second pass and looks like she hops one foot out of bounds (flag goes up). Nails front lay front full from what I could see.

7:30 pm. Great FTY for Rice, and Lewis hit bars, judging by the screaming Utah crowd.

Lovan hits her opening pass and middle pass with no problem (maybe a step out on the middle pass). She finishes nicely to huge cheers.

Milliet has a nice sheep jump to start. Her arms looked bent on the bhs but she has no problems in the loso series. Good front aerial and finishes with stuck 1.5!

Over on bars, Rowe just hit her routine. Only saw her release…looked good!

7:26 pm. Hanset hits her pike half-out on vault to start!

Kadous on beam has no issues so far. SPOKE TOO SOON. She’s off on the bhs loso. Ugh, Auburn…sticks gainer full.

D. McNair hits vault but I didn’t see what she did.

Hughes takes a step or two back on bars from what I can see (on her dismount, obviously, in case that was unclear).

Capps looking gorgeous as ever on floor. Hits front lay front full. That last loso is SO FLOATY and she runs around the floor before she leavs the podium, waving at the OU crowd. LOVE IT.

7:23 pm. For rotation two…

Stanford on vault – Hanset, D McNair, Rice, N McNair, Price, Hong

Utah on bars – Hughes, Lewis, Rowe, Lopez, Lothrop, Dabritz

Auburn on beam – Kadous, Milliet, Demers, Guy, Walker, Atkinson

Oklahoma on floor – Capps, Lovan, Dowell, Jackson, Scaman, Brown

7:22 pm. Stanford has a 48.875 (they counted two in the 9.6 range) so Alabama still in the lead. Walker’s 9.925 on bars is the highest so far I’m 99% sure.

7:19 pm. Rice opens with a double pike, and she’s having so much fun with the choreo, playing a good deal of it right to the Stanford section of the crowd. Double tuck is great.

7:14 pm. Hunter starts with a floaty bhs loso, cat leap to switch side, big double tuck with a small hop back and Florida’s going mad. Rhonda’s trying to get them all riled up. They’re doing the “it’s great to be a Florida Gator” chant.

Price opens floor with a huge double layout. Solid double tuck. Double pike bounces back a tiny bit but I don’t see a flag go up.

Right now Bama’s leading with a 49.425, followed by Florida with 49.3, and Auburn with 49.25. These three are all finished. Still have Rice to go on floor.

7:11 pm. Claire Boyce isn’t screaming anything. She’s just SCREAMING. SHRIEKING. Dear LORD I would never want to be part of any team EVER. #IntrovertStatus Are there any introvert gymnasts out there who competed on a team situation like this? HOW DID YOU SURVIVE?

McMurtry on beam bends her legs on her loso and almost falls but holds it. Her face was like :-O Shushunova hip circle is good, 2.5 with messy legs and a step.

Atkinson catches her bail, hits the full-out dismount with a hop.

7:09 pm. Beers vaults an FTY, totally stuck. Bama goes wild. Someone behind me is yelling “PERFECT.”

Bars is kinda hard to see but it looks like Kluz hit her double layout.

Spector stumbles forward a tiny bit on her opening pass. Good double tuck to finish.

Sloan on beam and I’m like 20 feet away. This is great…I can see her muscles quivering on each skill. Front aerial to bhs is good. Full L turn, hit, beautiful side aerial. Double full with a hop and low chest. Kennedy Baker is SHRIEKING so hard it’s hurting my throat.

Walker on bars has a bit of a low Tkatchev…hits pak. I think this is Walker, anyway.

7:07 pm. Vaculik ends with double pike a little short.

Milliet hits bars! Big cheers from the little Auburn section.

Williams hit her Yurchenko 1.5.

Fassbender on beam and the Gators just went nuts on like, her full turn with a wobble lol. Gotta give that support! Decent sheep. Side aerial to layout full stuck!

Clark has a big FTY, nicely flared out at the end.

7:05 pm. Great Yurchenko 1.5 for Brannan!! Excellent.

Spicer starting on beam. I’m right next to the Gators as they cheer and it’s INSANE. Check for Spicer on her standing loso. She smiles when she catches her Shushunova. Hits gainer full dismount.

Big double layout off bars from Kopec.  Vaculik OOB on her first pass on floor.

7:03 pm. McNeer hits vault, Guy hits bars, Shapiro killing it on floor. I’ll just give observations instead of every skill since it goes by so fast with four at a time and relatively short routines. Nice FTY for Sims, and Boyce hits beam, just a tiny movement on the landing.

6:57 pm. Starting us off…

Alabama on vault – McNeer, Sims, Brannan, Williams, Clark, Beers.

Auburn on bars – Guy, Kopec, Milliet, Kluz, Walker, Atkinson.

Florida on beam – Boyce, Spicer, Fassbender, Sloan, McMurtry, Hunter.

Stanford on floor – Shapiro, Vaculik, Spector, Hanset, Price, Rice.

6:45 pm. Walkout is happening now! Lots of cheers from each section as their teams are announced. Auburn has the tiniest little section ever but they’re loud!

6:41 pm. Dana Duckworth is walking by me very seriously as super dramatic music plays in the background and it’s basically a scene from “Game of Thrones.”

6:38 pm. Just realized I’m still on east coast time on my laptop so I’ll keep it that way so there’s no confusion (also because there ain’t no coast like the east coast coast because the east coast coast is MANDATORY – name that show).

Anyway, walkout is happening in 3 minutes and 35 seconds! Stay tuned!

6:22 pm. Ebee gets the photo cover because she just busted out a double pike in warmups after not doing anything on beam all year. She’s on the list to compete today and I am having a meltdown waiting for it.

  1. Sorry, i didn’t think the 9.95 for McCurty’s bar routine was deserved. Compared to all the other bar routines that night…where did the judges come up with that number? Title should have went to Utah. I saw someone else somewhere say if she had been in an Auburn leotard that would have went 9.85. So true.
