Why are some people skipped? Like Martina Dominici who should get a bronze medal in the AA but doesn’t?

Argentina and Cuba weren’t invited to this competition because they’re not a member of the Pacific Rim (which includes countries that have a border on the Pacific Ocean). But both asked if they could come because participation was low with several programs not signing up (Russia, China, and Japan all had national meets around the same time) and so they were allowed to attend, but because they’re not in the Pacific Alliance, they weren’t eligible to win medals. A shame, Martina had a fantastic weekend, but they knew going in she wouldn’t be able to medal, and those who finished in medal standings from Argentina and Cuba were still recognized with flowers and a little ceremony even though they couldn’t get a medal.

I am very excited about grace mcCallum and Jordan Bowers..would you rank these teams as our A, B, or C teams…? Other than Hurd and Chiles, all these gymnasts are pretty new to elite competition. Do you think Grace hss a chance fir Workds team??

If Grace McCallum continues to be the top all arounder she def go to worlds. Guess that Biles will win nationals but if she’s second.
And it’s rumored that she is bringing huge upgrades as well. An amanar and a silivas which will boost her Dscores a lot.
