Arianna Guerra of Alabama
Florida moved up to second place after last weekend, and it was just in time to make this week’s match against top-ranked Oklahoma all the more exciting! The two best programs in the country will face off in Norman on Friday night, and though Maggie Nichols has been nursing a bruised heel, I hope she’ll come back to the all-around because I’m dying to see her and fellow former U.S. national team standout-turned-NCAA star Trinity Thomas go head-to-head in the individual competition.
UCLA, now ranked third just four-thousandths of a point behind the Gators, will compete on Saturday afternoon at Oregon State (No. 20), where judging has been tough so far this season, so it’ll be interesting to see how the Bruins score in their first meet out of California this season.
Utah, still in a solid fourth place, will host Arizona (No. 23) on Friday night, and fifth-ranked LSU will return home to host NC State (No. 30) in what should be a no-pressure meet that should see the Tigers continue to grow their average.
Also in the SEC’s Friday Night Heights lineup, Georgia (No. 6) will host Arkansas (No. 24) while Alabama (No. 8) will travel to Missouri (No. 16) and Auburn (No. 11) will travel to Kentucky (No. 17).
Denver (No. 7) competes in a Big 12 rivalry meet on Saturday against Iowa State (No. 26) and West Virginia (No. 27), Boise State (No. 9) will compete at a tri-meet at San Jose State (No. 52) that will also feature UC Davis (No. 36), the Big Ten will see an excellent match-up between its two best teams with Michigan (No. 10) hosting Nebraska (No. 13), and the Pac 12 will see Washington (No. 12) travel to compete at Stanford (No. 24).
The full schedule for week five is below. All times listed are ET, the first team listed is the host team, and we’ll update any links as they are updated on each program’s schedule. Once the meet is finished, we’ll add the results. Enjoy!

I cannot believe there is not a major network covering the Florida/Oklahoma meet! I can’t watch it at all!

I KNOW. 😦 Most people can’t watch. I got lucky I think but everyone is feeling the struggle. A shame because it’s epic.
