Believe it or not, it’s the LAST WEEK OF REGULAR SEASON in NCAA gymnastics! It feels like just yesterday we were all excited for the first weekend to begin, and just like that, it’s almost over.
The regular season actually is over for DIII programs, who compete in their regional championships this weekend. The WIAC teams (Gustavus, Hamline, Winona State, Eau Claire, La Crosse, Oshkosh, Stout, and Whitewater) will meet at Hamline on Sunday while Ursinus will host the NCGA East teams, including Rhode Island College, Cortland, Brockport, Ithaca, and Springfield on Saturday. This competition acts as the qualifier for NCGA Championships, to be held March 27-28, and it should be a tight race in both divisions.
Many of this week’s meets are easy meets for the big teams, who like to take a bit of a break before forging ahead into postseason. The biggest showdown is definitely #1 Oklahoma traveling to #5 Alabama on Friday night, and then #10 Georgia hosting #4 Utah on Saturday should also be a good one.
Also cool are the two huge Big 10 conference championships previews on Saturday, one at #20 Minnesota (featuring #6 Michigan, #12 Penn State, #25 Iowa, and Rutgers) and the other at #9 Nebraska (featuring #13 Illinois, #25 Michigan State, Maryland, and Ohio State). Be sure you don’t miss either!
These aside, on Friday night #2 Florida hosts Texas Woman’s, #24 Kentucky hosts Ball State and Pittsburgh, #8 UCLA travels to #16 Arkansas, #7 Auburn hosts North Carolina, #3 LSU travels to Centenary for a tri-meet also including New Hampshire, #15 Boise State and #19 Cal compete in a tri-meet at #21 Southern Utah, and #21 Washington will travel to UC Davis.
On Saturday, the match between #17 Arizona and #18 Denver should be super close, and #14 Oregon State is hosting a quad that also features San Jose State in addition to DII programs Seattle Pacific and Lindenwood. On Sunday, #23 Central Michigan will travel to Western Michigan for some in-state rivalry fun.
All times listed below are EST. We will update all links to live stats and streams as we find them. Thanks for reading, and enjoy the weekend!

Thank for doing this every week 🙂 Just wanted to let you know that Arizona is now on PT rather than MT so both the meets for ASU and Arizona are listed an hour too early on this list.

Thank you! I knew I would eventually have trouble with Arizona, hahaha…when I made the schedule in October I was so confused about Arizona’s lack of time change!! I’ll update.
