Thank you so much, Lauren. This is what gymnastics should be and what we need to realize in the US…. Yes work hard and be in shape for meets and know the code of points and all that, but enjoy the process or find something you love.
To me this is the perfect response to all the witch hunting and legitimate angst over USAG and everything that is happening.
