2:15 pm. Padurariu FX: The floor feed just stopped OF COURSE. Let’s cross our fingers and hope it gets back up within the next minute. YES, looks like we came back JUST in time for her double pike, looked good on the landing. Nice switch half, then a tour jeté half to ring leap. Good work on her 2.5 to punch front. I don’t have her music on but I’m still loving her choreo and performance. Clean double full with a bounce back to finish. Fantastic. Ana is a star.

Lee VT: Yurchenko layout with a bounce in place.

2:13 pm. Raposo VT: Big clean FTY! Just a little step.

Zonneveld BB: Hit her wolf turn. Bhs loso loso, some bent knees, ooooh noooo, just bounces off the end there. Switch with a low back leg into a side aerial, could be a little better-extended in the latter. Split leap to front aerial, big check but a save. Nice split on the split jump to wolf jump, also on the transverse split jump half. Another transverse half, this time with a straddle, good on that as well. Double full with a hop.

2:12 pm. Black FX: Popa, 2.5 through to double tuck, big step back OOB. I love that she did two INSANELY difficult opening passes in her two different floor routines this weekend hahahaha. Front double full to punch front, a little low. Clean stuck double full to finish. She legit has two different floor routines right now in terms of tumbling. BLESS HER.

2:09 pm. Gillies BB: Candle mount and hit her leap series at the beginning. Bhs loso is solid! Side somi, big break, tries to hold it but falls, sadly. Transverse split jump half, a little too far back when she lands it and she falls again. Strong double full with a step.

Tucker VT: Nice handspring front pike, a little wobbly on the landing which Elvira mimics hahahaha LOVE.

2:08 pm. Allaire-Bourgie FX: Double tuck with a bounce back OOB. Clean and stuck double full, excellent. Switch leap to straddle full I think. Her middle choreo section will never get old. Front full, little bounce. Double L turn to full pirouette into some excellent choreo before a super clean switch half. Beautiful routine.

DeGroot UB: Lovely Pak salto, Endo half is beautiful! Perfect handstand before her toe shoot, her lines are gorgeous. High double tuck with a little step. Good work!

2:06 pm. Noble BB: Full turn, little check, bent knees on bhs loso but solid on the landing. Transverse straight jump full is nice. Side aerial, little check. Straddle jump into another jump after, a little short on both, back tuck with a tiny adjustment. 1.5 dismount is clean. A little wobbly but nice fights through it all, huuuuge smile on her face.

2:05 pm. Holmen UB: Toe full, short handstand before toe-on to toe shoot, short handstand before toe half to front giant half, double tuck with a step, good set.

2:03 pm. V. Woo FX: Beautiful double layout. Lovely work on her leaps. Punch through to clean 2.5, beautiful and a great landing. Double pike, beautiful in the air, small step. She looks better than ever, tbh.

2:02 pm. Tindale VT: Yurchenko 1.5, nice and big, just a step forward! That could get her in the top three AA actually!

2:00 pm. Engh BB: Nice loso mount! A little wild on her flight series but holds on well. Wild on her full turn as well but again saves it. Good fights from her! Tick tock down into her low choreo. Side aerial. Switch leap to split jump, a bit shy of 180 on both, but good landings. Clean double full with a little step back. Happy to hit that!

1:57 pm. Spence FX: 1.5 through to solid double tuck. Front tuck through to double pike, a little slow on the second flip but still gets it around, just a hop back. Great leaps. 2.5, some ankle form in the air, but mostly solid on the landing, just a small step.

Kliewer UB: Came off on something on the low bar. 😦

1:56 pm. Katjivari VT: FTY, super deep landing, jumps up out of it to save it but hops over to the side.

Pellerine BB: Feed cut out for this, apologies!

Groulx finishes with a 50.2 today, by the way. PRETTY sure the juniors are doing new life for today’s all-around and not combined with QFs?

1:54 pm. Deslauriers FX: Excellent high double pike! Second pass was excellent as well, and her leaps are fabulous. Hit the last pass. Excellent routine.

Groulx VT: Second vault is a Yurchenko layout, just a little short.

Riley UB: Jaeger, Pak was a little short but still gets it, does a PERFECT handstand out of it, a little shy on some handstands after that, toe shoot to high bar goes into a dead hang. Came off after that. 😦 Too bad, she had such a shot here to stay near the top. Great handstand before blind change, bends her elbows and can’t muscle up, comes off again. Dismount is short with a lunge forward.

1:51 pm. Chrobok FX: Whip whip to high double tuck, great work. Solid and clean split jump full. 2.5 to punch front is excellent. Clean double full, hop back. Clean double pike with a great landing. Fantastic work.

Groulx VT: She reminds me of someone but I can’t think of who. Like a baby Shawn Johnson maybe? I keep getting glimpses of someone in her gymnastics but can’t decide who it is. Actually now I’m getting shades of Madison Kocian (in her face) mixed with Shawn Johnson. IT’S WEIRD AND I LOVE IT. Beautiful FTY with a step.

Grimard UB: Hit what I saw at the beginning, high double tuck to finish, little hop forward.

Carvell BB: Some bent knees on her flight series, but solid landing. Transverse split jump half. Double full, some ankle form in the air, but solid landing and she looks very happy.

1:49 pm. Johnson BB: Lovely series, and then switch to tuck half is great. Hit routine, finished with a clean double full! Much better day than yesterday.

Richardson UB: Had a hard fall on something shortly before her dismount. Got back on and finished strong.

Peart-Williams VT: FTY, looked solid from what I could see.

1:47 pm. Onyshko FX: Love this new routine. Double tuck, looked a bit higher than yesterday, just a little stumble back. Front tuck through to double full, a little low. Nice Memmel to illusion. Switch ring to switch full is great. Double pike, oof, way short, the first pike looks great, but she straddles the second one so much and crashes it.

6. Cassie Lee 36.183
7. Leah Tindale 36.091
8. Okeri Katjivari 35.841

1:41 pm. Allaire-Bourgie BB: Front aerial to split jump, a little short of 180, bobble before her wolf jump to tuck jump half. Side aerial is solid. Bhs loso loso, wobble with her leg up at the end, but good save. Double turn is beautiful but she has a big wobble at the end, fights and holds it again. Side somi to transverse split jump half, excellent. Switch leap to switch half is gorgeous but she has another large wobble. Those nerves, man. It’s okay, you’re a top senior and you’re not even a senior. Clean double full with a step.

1:40 pm. 14.875 for Ana’s beam NO BIG DEAL NO BIG DEAL. 6.2 D. GAHHHHH. Ellie got a 13.975 by the way!

1:35 pm. Padurariu BB: Candle mount, BEAUTIFUL triple wolf turn. Great control. Bobble on the switch ring. Side aerial loso loso, a tiny bit short but covers super well and looks so solid. Switch half, lovely in the air, little adjustment. Front aerial is perfect, into a beautiful split jump to back handspring, just gorgeous. Switch leap to sheep jump to back handspring, ANAAAA. Double pike dismount, EXCELLENT set into it, great in the air, just a step on the landing. SO. SO. SO. GOOD.

Raposo FX: Tucked full-in, nice power. Arabian double front, a bit low with a big step forward but don’t think she put her knee down. Nice switch ring to switch full! SASS TIME. Love her so much. Double tuck with a tiny hop. Omg her choreo I LOVE HER. God she is a perfect human. Beautiful switch half. Her ending choreo is hilarious. She is a superstar.

Gillies UB: Nice Tkachev! Clean Pak as well, lovely. Nice handstand before clear hip to toe-on to toe shoot, perfect handstand before blind change to front giant to front giant half, double layout, a little piked in the second, ugh, and puts her knee down at the end. Too bad, that was excellent.

1:31 pm. Black BB: Double turn, doesn’t connect to the full turn. Punch front is superb, super high chest! Bhs layout, HER BEST LAYOUT EVER?!?! Damn!!!! ELLIE. Switch to switch half to back handspring, beautiful. I’m screaming. Side somi, feet slip but she saves it super well, and then nails the 2.5 to finish. GOODNESS.

Holman VT: Yurchenko tuck full with a couple steps back.

Tucker FX: Let’s go wee one! Great full-in double tuck to start. 1.5 to front full, leaps out of it. Excellent double back to finish.

Noble UB: Saw her catch her Pak and then muscle up a handstand out of it. Toe-on to toe shoot was good.

1:30 pm. Vézina BB: Hit her mount. Switch leap to side aerial with a wobble. Nice split ring jump. 1.5 dismount, hit routine.

Engh UB: Hit everything I saw, really nice Pak. Fell on something after that. Back on for a toe shoot, hop on the dismount.

Yoshida VT: Hit!

1:27 pm. Tindale FX: Layout half to double pike, love that pass SO MUCH and the double pike was excellent. 1.5, punches super terrifyingly out of it and misses the front layout full but thinks on her feet and does a front tuck, GREAT cover. Double tuck with a big bounce back but great routine.

Kliewer VT: Didn’t see what she did, looked hit!

Rachael Riley got a nice 14.0 for her 1.5 on vault! Probably a little high but that should give her a nice lift in the standings.

1:24 pm. Chrobok BB: Switch to switch half is very nice. Nice side aerial loso. PERFECT double spin. Front aerial to split jump to back tuck, nooooo, stumbles it back and falls. Too bad,  it was lovely to this point. Super clean side somi. Double pike seemed like it was a bit low, chest down but pulls it up for a solid landing. She’s laughing when she walks away hahaha. I LOVE HER. Stanford is so lucky.

Katjivari FX: Double pike, a little low in her set, deep on the landing but good cover. Double tuck at the end was solid.

Riley VT: Second vault is an FTY, almost to her knees. Well, good thing she got the 1.5!

1:22 pm. Riley VT: Yurchenko 1.5, some leg stuff in the air, and she’s a little buckled in the landing with a step, but good effort.

Pellerine UB: Endo half to stalder to Pak, legs are wild on the Pak but that was a heck of a series! Stalder to toe-on to toe shoot, a little dead hangy, double pike with a step back.

1:20 pm. Carvell UB: Had some nice handstands and a lovely Maloney, into a bail that was a little weak and then she got a little stuck in her stalder full, good recovery to toe-on to stalder to toe shoot, hit the double tuck dismount with a step back.

De Jong BB: I missed the very beginning, had a transverse jump with a wobble but held on. Bhs…balks the series, dances back to her starting position for a bhs loso, not bad. Side aerial, transverse straddle jump half, good, side aerial, layout full dismount, some downgrades in there due to a broken ankle but overall a solid effort.

Groulx FX: Arabian double front, SOLID. NOOOOOO, sat her last pass!!!

1:19 pm. Richardson VT: Second vault is a tsuk back tuck, beautiful and stuck cold!

1:16 pm. Peart-Williams FX: Hit her opening pass. Solid front tuck through to double full. DEEP double tuck to finish, steps back out of it.

Milne BB: Switch leap mount, a little low but solid. Side aerial, big check there. I think it was supposed to connect. Does a bhs loso after that instead of the side aerial loso, unfortunately fell on that make-up series though. Switch ring is good. Great wolf jump to split ring jump. Lovely work on a jump into a Korbut. Illusion turn. THIS ROUTINE HAS SO MUCH!! Solid double full dismount.

Richardson VT: Yurchenko layout, solid landing.

Johnson UB: I only saw the end, hit her full-in dismount, looked stuck!

1:14 pm. Zonneveld UB: She apparently had a disastrous routine yesterday so I’m hoping for the best today! Ugh, off on her piked Jaeger. LET THAT BE IT, PLEASE. Makes it through the rest until the dismount, sits the double pike. Nooooooo!

1:13 pm. Lee FX: I missed the beginning but saw her solid double tuck at the end.

Dowling BB: Missed her triple flight series. 😦 Good on the side aerial. Cartwheel into her back gainer double full dismount, solid there.

DeGroot VT: Tsuk back pike with a lunge back.

1:11 pm. Senior Bars Final

5. Jade Chrobok 13.200
6. Laurie Denommée 13.125
7. Victoria-Kayen Woo 12.650
8. Emma Milne 11.700

4. Okeri Katjivari 24.175
5. Julia Gillies 24.050
6. Jayne Carvell 23.850
7. Piper Johnson 23.666
8. Alexa Tucker 23.650

1:08 pm. Allaire-Bourgie UB: Weiler half into a transition to the high bar, Pak sounds like it went well and I saw the van Leeuwen which was super clean. Blind full, piked Jaeger, hit the dismount.

Feed seems to be back at least but bummer that we missed so much of the latter half of that rotation.

1:06 pm. Tucker BB: I believe she hit everything, I kind of saw the double tuck with a step.

1:04 pm. Padurariu UB: Sounds like she hit her piked Jaeger and piked Galante to Pak, Komova II series sounds like it went well also but “she had to readjust after” according to Brittany so not sure what that meant. FIX THE STREAAAAAM. Hit the dismount.

Yoshida FX: Hit her opening pass, but the second was a little low. Sorry I can see almost no skills.

1:03 pm. Just turned my wifi on and off and restarted the stream in case the choppy issue was on my end but the stream is still REALLY bad. 😦

1:02 pm. Tindale BB: All the feeds are choppy now!!! FIX ITTTT. Looked like she hit a huge switch half. Also hit a layout series from what I could see. Solid double tuck, has a smile on her face and I didn’t see her fall, so yay!! Great comeback after bars.

Dowling UB: I can barely see anything. 😦 Just gonna listen to Brittany and let you know if she hits. Seems like she did!

1:00 pm. Kliewer FX: Stumbled back her opening pass but I couldn’t see what it was, the feed is a bit choppy. I also couldn’t see her pass after that but looked like she hit. Looked like her hands were down (or just low) on her last pass but again, couldn’t see it really.

12:59 pm. Woo UB: Pak, Maloney to clear hip half, another clear hip half to Jaeger, toe-on to bail, toe shoot, great handstand before blind full, gets stuck a bit but corrects well, double layout is gorgeous and stuck. Some little nervous mistakes in there like with the clear hips at the beginning, but she fixed everything nicely.

12:58 pm. Katjivari BB: Lovely work on that press today!!! OMGGGGG that was so nice. Side aerial to loso, some little knee things but excellent landing, and then a gorgeous full Y turn. SHE IS A BEAM QUEEN. Now my favorite part, her front aerial to split jump to Korbut to back roll, FAB. Switch leap to split jump, no bobbles at all. Double full with a step. That was GORGEOUS.

12:56 pm. Riley FX: Tucked full-in, a tiny bit wild, chest down and a bounce on the landing. Nooooo, 2.5 and then sat the punch front tuck out of it. Clean stuck double tuck to finish.

Turner VT: Yurchenko layout, pretty piked with a bounce on the landing.

12:52 pm. Denommée UB: Maloney to bail, clean, front toe half to van Leeuwen, awesome connection, the van Leeuwen is a bit messy but loved that combo. Big Gienger, blind full, toe front dismount with a step, it was somewhere between a layout (Moors) and a pike but that was a super solid set.

Groulx BB: Starts off with a nice front aerial, and then goes into her bhs loso, little break at the hips but pretty solid overall. Clean and confident side somi. Switch to switch half, legs are a tiny bit short of 180 but not by much. Full turn. Side aerial to split jump, excellent! Dismounts with a high double tuck, just a small step. Fab!

Grimard FX: Solid double pike. Great 2.5 to front tuck after that. Super clean double tuck to finish.

Carvell VT: Hit!

12:48 pm. Milne UB: Off on her Tkachev early on. Back on for an excellent Ray to Pak and then Chow to the high bar. Step on the dismount.

Peart-Williams BB: Off on something instantly but I didn’t see what. Hit her flight series and switch leap to switch half. Clean side aerial. Split jump full and double full dismount were both great.

Richardson FX: Front tuck through to 2.5, pulls it around with a step. Good double pike.

12:47 pm. Johnson VT: Yurchenko layout, pikes it down a little, bounce on the landing.

12:44 pm. Black UB: Maloney to Hindorff, great, Shang is perfect today, hop change to piked Jaeger to Pak, fantastic. Clean van Leeuwen, blind full, toe front half with a tiny slide. EXCELLENT.

Zonneveld VT: Super solid FTY with a bounce in place. I assume she’ll do the Yurchenko 1.5 for her second vault…oh, no, does a tsuk tuck full! I guess wanted to play it safe for her all-around vault but her 1.5 yesterday was fantastic.

DeGroot FX: Sat her last pass.

Lee BB: Dropped her leg on her wolf turn but saves it. Hit her flight series and everything I saw immediately after. Stuck the 1.5 dismount! Nice.

12:42 pm. Chrobok UB: Maloney to Tkachev, stalder to bail, toe shoot, blind full, blind change to front giant to double front, a tiny bit low but pretty solid! Just a hop forward.

Gillies VT: Yurchenko layout, some piking down, but not bad on the landing!

12:41 pm. Raposo BB: Hit her flight series but then came off on a transverse jump. 😦 😦 Switch to split jump to sissone is great though. Big wobble on an acro skill after that. Front aerial is good, huge double tuck with a hop back.

Holman FX: I missed most but what I saw was hit!

12:37 pm. Rotation 1 Standings – Junior AA

1. Maya Zonneveld 12.966
2. Julia Gillies 12.100
— Jayne Carvell 12.100
— Rachael Riley 12.100
5. Zoé Cotnoir 12.050
6. Savannah Holman 12.000
— Okeri Katjivari 12.000
8. Elizabeth Noble 11.933
— Sydney Turner 11.933

12:35 pm. Senior Vault Final

1. Ellie Black 14.450
2. Mia St-Pierre 13.625

The scoring system says Ellie averaged a 14.75 even though her two vaults got a 14.5 and 14.4 hahahaha. I mean same.

12:33 pm. Cotnoir UB: Ooh, layout Gienger!!! Very nice! Super clean bail to clear hip to toe shoot, short handstand before her blind full, a little late, blind change to front giant half, double tuck with a hop.

Guidish BB: Off on her flight series. Hit her side somi and a clean side aerial. Transverse straddle jump full, a little too far back and has a fall. Hit the dismount.

Engh FX: Double tuck was a tiny bit low. 1.5 through to double full, good work on that. Sat her last pass.

12:27 pm. Tindale UB: Beautiful Maloney to Pak, perfect handstand before EXCELLENT Maloney with great lift, into a bail, arched slightly but no problems to correct into a toe full, toe shoot back up to high, blind change to straddle Jaeger, this routine is STACKED. Perf handstand, but then NOOOOO, she swings down and couldn’t get back up to handstand! Kips up again and then pings off the bar onto her back NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. That was SO GOOD UNTIL THAT POINT. Walks away, didn’t even salute, I don’t think. What a bummer. 😦 😦 😦

Kliewer BB: Hit what I saw!

Pellerine FX: Also a hit routine from the passes I saw.

12:24 pm. Riley BB: I hope she has a good day today! She could factor back up in with the top group if she does. I wasn’t typing through this but she hit mostly everything, just some bent knees on her triple flight series, and a wobble on her front aerial. 2.5 a bit deep with a step forward but hit routine!

Turner FX: Clean double tuck! Just a hop back. Beauuuutiful 2.5 with a step forward.Switch half through to switch full, nice. Hit the end. Great work.

Katjivari UB: Great handstand before beautiful Hindorff, bail to clear hip full is great, short handstand before toe shoot. Arched through her blind change and hit a front layout full dismount.

12:23 pm. Groulx UB: Great handstand before a lovely pak, arches a handstand before her clear hip half, comes up short, extra kip before toe-on to toe shoot, blind full, blind change to front giant to double front, step forward but nice height on that, looks thrilled!

12:22 pm. Carvell FX: Her opening double pike was super slow to rotate in the second flip so she ended up a bit low but good cover on the landing. The rest went well, good 2.5 with a step to finish.

12:20 pm. Grimard BB: Bhs loso with slightly bent knees. Nice switch half, full turn is beautiful. Switch leap to straddle jump, side aerial, noooo, side somi, looked like she had it but her feet slipped and she smacked her back against the side of the beam. Looked like she walked away because she was injured but no, her number just fell off. Well, good for her for getting back on. 1.5, a little messy with a hop, NOW she’s showing the pain. 😦 😦 😦 Poor kid.

12:16 pm. Peart-Williams UB: We missed the beginning, but when we cut back in we saw her not able to kip up into horizontal on a handstand and she unfortunately had to hop off. Clear hip half to front giant half, arches over again and comes off. Back on for a blind full into her dismount, stuck.

Johnson FX: Double tuck, step back OOB. Clean front handspring front full. 2.5 at the end is solid.

OMG THANK YOU BRITTANY. She just said that there is a separate screen you can click on that shows all four screens at once. And you can still get the commentary so you (kind of) know who’s who!!! THANK YOU.

12:15 pm. Saint-Pierre VT: They didn’t show her second vault.

Richardson BB: Bhs bhs loso is SUPER solid! Just some slightly bent knees. Side somi with a check. Switch to split jump, low back leg on the first and way short on the second with a check, front aerial, a tiny bit short, 1.5, a bit low and seated, step back.

12:13 pm. Lee UB: Straddle Jaeger was a bit close, Pak was lovely though, step back on her dismount.

Zonneveld FX: Excellent triple full!! 2.5 to punch front, lost some ankle form at the end of the twist but solid landing. Stuck the double pike cold. Excellent routine.

12:12 pm. Saint-Pierre VT: FTY, huuuge! Big lunge back but that was very nice.

Gillies FX: Hit routine from what I saw!

DeGroot BB: Had a fall early on. Solid dismount with just a step.

12:11 pm. I believe Ellie got a 14.4 for her first vault and a 14.5 for the second. That second vault, though…dead.

12:08 pm. Black VT: Handspring front layout full, step forward but super powerful again! She’s a superstaaaaar! Second is a tsuk 1.5, BEAUTIFUL AND STUCK COLD MY GOODNESS. ELLIE!

Holman BB: Hit routine!

Raposo UB: Also a hit routine, with excellent form!

12:05 pm. Yoshida BB: Hit her first elements but then came off on a wolf jump full, sadly! Good double full to finish.

Noble FX: Hit her routine, stuck her double tuck at the end!

Tucker UB: Hit the beginning well from what I could see. Clear hip right to handstand, to blind change to front giant half, finishes with a double layout, beautiful in the first flip, just pikes down and takes a big step at the end but she was so clean!

  1. It’s not you- it’s Flo (no one is surprised). The feed got choppy about 5 minutes ago but why waste time telling flo because their people would waste 30 minutes telling us to clear OUR cache. Rant over lol

    • Yeah for Jesolo last year they kept skipping and showing ads every 30 seconds in the middle of the stream and when I told them they were like DID YOU DO A SPEED TEST???????? lmao. I was like yes my speed is literally as high as it could possibly be. THE PROBLEM, AS USUAL, IS YOU.

      • Omg same! And then during another stream (Pan Ams I think?) they had a mat positioned in FRONT OF the camera and when I told their IT they kept insisting it was my cache. They finally MOVED THE OBJECT and then had the gaul to tell me t was something wrong with the internet at the site. ($&@?!!)

  2. Flogymnastics was horrible. It bleeped out fully barely into the 2nd rotation and never came back until rewards for athlete of the year. I just found out the results reading this. Thank you. I signed up for flo just to watch it sucks

    • Ellie did get injured in 2017 – she had to miss the American Cup and was doing low difficulty for part of the year (and has never fully brought back her floor difficulty or her dismount on bars). But yes she has generally been pretty healthy.

  3. I love Zoe so much. Can you imagine how great it would be if Brooklyn, Shallon Ana, Ellie and Zoe all made it to Tokyo? Don’t know who they would make the individual since they would need Olsen’s vault score, but still.
