We kick off week four with a Big Ten match between No. 35 Maryland and No. 42 Iowa. I’ve been surprised to see Iowa dip so much this season thus far thanks to a weak first two weeks of road meets, but they got back in the groove at home last weekend and I think are generally a stronger program than Maryland, so it’ll be interesting to see if they can make it through tonight’s contest with no major mistakes.
For Friday Night Heights, the big meet is No. 5 Florida hosting No. 1 Oklahoma, which should be awesome, especially if Florida is in top shape, though the Sooners have the clear edge even on the road. Additionally, No. 6 Kentucky will compete at No. 16 Auburn, No. 7 Alabama will host No. 17 Missouri, and No. 10 Arkansas will host No. 11 Georgia, with the Razorbacks looking excellent this season while the Gymdogs have been thriving after a bumpy first meet, so this could be a great one.
Also big on Friday is No. 3 Utah at No. 21 Arizona and No. 9 Boise State at No. 38 Southern Utah.
Saturday’s must-watch is the always-entertaining Metroplex Challenge, which will feature No. 2 LSU against No. 4 UCLA on neutral ground, making for a super entertaining fight I’m sure, and we’ll also see No. 14 Washington and No. 28 NC State, both of which had excellent week three competitions to bump them up in the standings.
From the Big Ten, No. 8 Michigan will travel to No. 12 Nebraska for another away meet after not cracking 195 on the road in week three, which could make things interesting, and we’ll also see No. 32 Penn State and No. 33 Illinois battle it out, No. 36 Ohio State will host No. 27 Minnesota with No. 63 Illinois State along for the ride, and No. 45 Michigan State hosts No. 56 Rutgers in a quad meet that also includes No. 26 Pittsburgh and No. 48 Eastern Michigan.
In the west, No. 13 Denver hosts No. 40 Utah State, and No. 18 Oregon State finally gets a home meet after getting low-balled on the road so far this season; visiting No. 23 Stanford will also hope to improve its ranking here after a decent start but relatively low scores so far due to a lack of depth.
Sunday wraps up with a few strong meets, notably with No. 14 Arizona State hosting No. 29 Cal, which has struggled a bit so far this season, while No. 19 Central Michigan will travel to No. 43 Northern Illinois, and No. 20 Kent State hopes to continue a solid start at No. 47 Ball State.
The full schedule is below. All times listed are ET, the first team listed is the host team, and we’ll update any links as they are updated on each program’s schedule. Once the meet is finished, we’ll add results. Enjoy!

I swear to God f someone says “Flo is doing it” I will find where each and every one of them lives, abduct them chain them up in my basement and slowly torture them until they die. I am sick and tired of this shit where I can’t watch a meet that I really want to see because it’s appatently completely unreasonable to not pay $30 a month for shitty ass streaming and tips on how to do a kip.
